Experience West Coast living in this spacious 2000 square foot upper suite. We are close to many experiences including downtown Victoria, west coast wilderness at East Sooke park and local outdoor adventuring. Minutes away from the ocean, Jordie Lunn Bike Park, Esquimalt Lagoon, Hatley Park, Wildplay, Goldstream park and shopping stores. Have a glass of wine while enjoying Netflix on the comfortable sofa or relax on the patio after exploring local culture. Parking and WiFi included. The large upper level suite has 3 spacious bedrooms and the master bedroom has an en-suite. There is a large living room and a smaller living room area with a gas fire place that could be used for office work. There is a good sized kitchen and dining area. Outside, there are two private patios that are accessible from the suite. Guests will have a private entrance and have access to the entire private upper suite.

Thank you for the feedback. Yes, after looking into it, I see that Uber service is still slowly developing in the West Shore area of Victoria. Taxis are a reliable alternative. Thank you again for being such amazing guests. We really enjoyed having you!

Beautiful spacious home in a lovely neighborhood. House was well stocked and we loved having access to the BBQ to grill our burgers. Check in was a breeze and communication with Kim was seamless. Thanks again :)

The house was exactly as described. It was clean and spacious. All the comforts of home. Lots of playgrounds within walking distance which was a fun way to start the day. Stores are just a short drive away.

Kim, we all loved our stay at your home. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make food everyday. The beds were very comfortable. The house was very clean. We loved all your notes around the house giving us instruction how to care for your home. Kim we appreciate your prompt communication with us and offering suggestions. We all had plenty of space when we needed alone time. The check-in process was very easy. We would gladly stay in your home again as it was one of the best experiences we have had ever. Thank you.

Spacious, modern, clean. No car, travelled by bus to Victoria. Took an hour and a half. Two buses. 97 steep steps to main road for bus stop. We were not aware hosts live below rental property when we booked. We had 3 boisterous young children who struggled to be quiet early morning, as requested by hosts. Outside play area for children was excellent with climbing frame, swings, trampoline. Quiet, peaceful area. Plenty to do in and around Victoria. Next time would stay in Victoria so need for so much bus travel.

Our family was in Victoria for a wedding. There were 5 adults and a baby. The house was very comfortable for all of us. There was even a booster seat and a playpen for the 15 month old baby...as well as lots of toys. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were equipped with toiletries. The kitchen was also well equipped. There was more than enough deck furniture for us and more. The neighborhood was very quiet. Overall our experience was very good and I highly recommend this house.

Wonderful fresh and clean house. It was perfect for our golf ladies trip. 3 large very comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms with tub and shower. Upper floor with lots of sunlight and a great deck for happy hour. Well equipped kitchen with oil, spices, cookware lots of nice new dishes. Local people were super friendly! Nice quiet neighborhood. Great restaurants. Loved 6 mile pub and the legislature dining room. Close to golf courses and attractions like Hatly castle with beautiful gardens and walking trails. We really had a fabulous time. Thank you so much for the hospitality and perfect stay. We will be back!

Family loved it

It was so nice to have such a cozy place to stay while visiting. My kids loved it and would have been content to just stay and play with the toys and air hockey for most of the trip.

Enjoyed our stay

We had a great stay. It was perfect for our family’s needs. Nice a close to beaches, grocery stores, food etc. We would definitely stay again. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities to make your own meals, which we loved. Thanks for a great stay!
