The entire house is smoke and pet free, well-maintained, sparkling clean, and very tidy. I have a protocol in place to keep things maintained and orderly. :)
Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed, first aid kit and a fire extinguisher are available.

The main floor (living room, kitchen and dining room), backyard and front porch are shared spaces. The second floor is off-limits.
If you're bringing a guest, we advise you to book for 2 persons, for liability reasons. Please know that our home insurance will not cover unregistered guests and we have a strict "only registered guests allowed" rule.
The entrance is through the main door using a keyless lock. There is also a door to the basement with a key lock for your privacy.
The shower stall height is 6 feet 4 inches.
There's a small window in the bathroom.
For your and our protection, like in hotel lobbies/corridors, a motion detection security camera installed in the main kitchen (common area) facing the main entrance and stairs to the second floor (which is off-limits to VRBO guests), and one installed facing outside the house, covering the front door and driveway.
