Welcome to Forest Dunes 609, a beautifully positioned 1-bedroom, 1-bath ocean view condo located on the 6th floor of Forest Dunes Resort. With two private balconies offering stunning shoreline views, this inviting retreat is perfect for couples or small families looking to relax by the beach.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, cooktop stove, microwave, dishwasher, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The open living area provides comfortable seating and access to the balcony, where you can enjoy morning coffee with ocean breezes.

The bedroom features a queen bed, while a sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional accommodations for up to four guests. Luxury linen package included for your comfort.

The down side was no one on site to help restock the items we ran out of. Like tolet paper and trash bags. The office down stairs does not own this unit so they do no provide this. If we would have been told in advance we could have been prepared

Clean condo with beautiful view and dirty pools

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo is clean with a great beautiful view and you have two balconies. Upgraded kitchen. Very nice condo. So so clean. Property was not Ok. Swimming pool was down the 2 days we were there then when it was open was dirty the whole time. For a place that post no smoking everywhere I pulled cigarette butt out of the pool and it smells like smoke when your out on the balcony. Lazy river was also dirty we pulled multiple pieces of trash out of it and called it a day.I would recommend luxury beach rentals company to a friend. They were so helpful and easy to deal with I just very upset with the actual forest dunes amenities being dirty and not the condo we stayed in.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review on this property. We are glad you loved the beautiful condo and are upset the property wasn't as clean as they typically keep the pools and lobby. Fd is a non smoking facility and staff is typically very strict to enforce. We do hope you will let Luxury Beach Rentals know when you plan a return trip to Myrtle Beach and hope you will come back to this beautiful condo!

The view from this condo is absolutely stunning—exactly what my husband and I were looking for to unplug, recharge, and soak in the beauty of the Atlantic Ocean. Waking up to the sunrise and winding down with unforgettable ocean sunsets was truly beautiful. The condo has a lot of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home—things like jewelry holders in the bed and bath rooms, cotton balls, and a magnified mirror were appreciated and made settling in easy.That said, we did run into a few things worth mentioning. Upon arrival, the unit looked great at first glance, but we did notice some cleanliness issues that likely would have been caught with a more thorough walkthrough or cleaning checklist. Given the high ratings and reviews, our expectations were a bit higher in that regard.Also, the toilet is unusually tall—something to be aware of if you're under six feet tall. At 5'6", I found it uncomfortable since only my toes could reach the floor. It's perfect for taller guests like my husband, but others like me will find it awkward and uncomfortable.Lastly, while the AC cooled the space effectively, it did make a loud knocking sound and sometimes shut off with a very jarring sound. It was manageable, but definitely noticeable at night.Despite these few hiccups, we had a relaxing time and felt refreshed when we left. The view alone made it worth it, and with a bit more attention to detail, this condo could easily be a 5-star experience every time.
