Summary:
Cozy one bedroom condo, one minute walk to the pools, fitness center, and golf clubhouse. The resort has it all!

The Space:
The location is incredible!! All the amenities of the neighborhood are right across the street!! Hop over to the outdoor pool, hot tub, indoor pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and fitness center. The on-site restaurant/Bar is also located in the clubhouse. We invite you to take in the fun, comfort and peacefulness of staying at this excellent location!

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Primary Bedroom: King size bed (Sleeps 2) - Cabel and Streaming TV
Common Area: self-inflating queen air (Sleeps 2) -- Bedding, pillows, sheets
Pack and play - located in primary bedroom closet - please bring your own bedding

Items Included:
Kitchen with Cookware and bakeware
Salt and Pepper
Linens, (bedding and towels)
Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash
Make up wipes
We provide a start amount of the below items for your stay!

Other Things to Note:
**This property requires the ability to climb stairs. There are 2 flights and may not be suitable for people with limited mobility.

**This property is pet friendly. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $100 is required. This fee covers up to two dogs. VRBO & Airbnb bookings can add pets in the guest count area, all other booking sites must contact us to pay fee separately.
**Freedom complies with all ADA regulations and welcomes Registered Service Animals. ESA's (Emotional Support Animals) are allowed at this property but still incur the $100 pet fee.
**Registered Service Animal requirements: 1 - The service animal may not be left alone in/around the property. 2 - The service animal must be on a leash when outside. 3 - Owners are required to pick up all pet waste.
**No cats allowed. For all other pets please contact us.

**Minimum booking age is 21.

**The pool & hot tub at this location are maintained by the Pointe Royale Maintenance team, please be advised that their team can close the area for routine maintenance at any time without notice. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the pool to be open at all times during in season hours, but we assure you that their team works quickly to have the areas opened back up as soon as possible. We do not issue refunds for amenity closures. Thanks for your understanding.
**Indoor pool and hot tub are open year-round, Outdoor pool is seasonal. Pool area is open 10am-11pm.

Condo was exactly as pictured (with the stove having been upgraded/replaced)Well supplied and comfortable. Only thing we felt was missing was a blanket for the couch, but that was the perfect excuse to get a new one from the Vera Bradley Outlet. With the water heater close the shower was nice and hot, very quick. Bed was comfy, frame was a bit squeaky when rolling over but thats a metal frame for ya lol. Wifi was good!Only minor issue we ran into was when the couch was pulled into a bed an adult couldn't sit on the edge as it wanted to fall into the base (may need an simple adjustment in the mechanism) Building was super easy to find, right across from the clubhouse.

Clean and fully equipped, great location and easy check in and out process. Only negative was the couch was terrible for sleeping and the air up mattress had a slow leak so neither were sleep able, so we had to buy an air up mattress for the duration of our stay. Overall we would stay again!

The condo was exactly what we were needing for our mini vacation and was in a great location. The condo was clean except the bottom of the shower curtain. It was stained yellow. It really should be replaced. Other than that it was great. We did not get down to the pool or hot tub to use but it did look enjoyable. Over all it was a great olace and I would stay again.

The condo was clean and fit our needs perfectly. The stairs were difficult for my wife as the unit was on the third level. Hot tub felt good after a long day.

Beautiful and secure area to stay. Perfectly located between nature experiences vs downtown area. Our upstairs neighbor was not quiet. We heard a lot, but I quickly learned if I left tv on I did not notice the noise as much. The unit itself was cozy. We were there mainly to sleep since Branson has so much to do. We felt very safe there. The shower head is much lower than we were used to, but we made it work for us. Condo was stocked well and the check in and out process were easy. We would definitely stay again.

Very clean apartment. The kitchen was nice with a Microwave, fridge, and stove with oven. The bedroom was very comfortable and it had a bathroom right off the bedroom. It has a beautiful view of trees and the golf course. Also, it was very quiet. We and our pups enjoyed our visit.

Anniversary trip

The anniversary get away was very nice. Condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Great location. I do want to make the owner aware that the oven only works in broil mode. Also, there were 4 towels but none available at the pool so we had to do laundry while we stayed. More towels would be very nice. There was also only 3 coffee cups..4-6 would have been perfect. Other than the few things mentioned it was perfect. Will stay again.

Great but needs some updating and fixes.

Our property was nice and clean, which was very important. The bathroom needs a refresh. The toilet sits lower than the tub and the vanity was very short. We are not super tall but it was annoying when washing your face or brushing your teeth. There is no full length mirror anywhere in this location. We sat in the blue chair in the living room and realized it has an issue with one leg being shorter or something. Sofa is not for lounging, but looks nice. Larger tv in the living room would be a plus. It would also be good for there to be a way to sit your suitcase on something in the nice closet. We washed towels a few times since there were only four and we were there four days, but the dryer had to be run 3 times to dry them. This all sounds like a lot but overall it was a nice place if you’re not gonna just hang out there and need a clean place! We used fridge but did no cooking.

Great stay

The condo was very clean, smelled good. Was very stocked with towels, toilet paper, coffee. The bed was very comfortably. Was in a quiet location. Would definitely stay there again. Was decorated very cute.

Perfect condo for two people on a budget

The property was appropriately advertised. Everything was stocked and appeared clean and well managed. The key pad to enter died in the middle of our stay and the rental property was click to reply to my email to offer a solution. The location is great because there is a pool within short walking distance and a bar and grill that is tasty.
