Luxury comfort -
The bedrooms are nearly identical in size so there's no need to fight over the larger one. Each room is stocked with a medium-firm memory foam mattress and hotel-style sheets and duvets for ultimate comfort. Each room has a closet with hangers, cow-hide rugs (fake), and pull-down shades to get your beauty sleep.
Spa quality water -
You read that correctly. Out here in central Texas we have the hardest water in the country. In this house we've installed the top of the line Rain Soft water conditioning system. You will feel the difference and your skin will thank you.
Chef's kitchen -
Although Canyon Lake offers an assortment of local and delicious restaurants a short drive away, sometimes a home-cooked meal is all you need. We've provided you with the basic essentials you'll need to cook for you, your family or friends.

LED powered mirrors, adequate space, high quality towels, and the basic toiletries you'll need for your stay.
Dog friendly -
We love dogs! When traveling with dogs and staying with us it's important to note that on your reservation so that we are aware. *There is a small pet fee applied for up to two dogs per reservation. Additional cleaning because of hair, mess, picking up after them ourselves may incur additional fees.
Outdoor space -
A beautiful, spacious deck decorated with a large sofa, chair, and string lights to hang out with friends, family, or just yourself. A fire pit so you can sip wine and cuddle with a blanket on those chilly nights, and not to mention a BBQ grill to cook your favorite steaks and/or veggies for a delicious dinner.
Entertainment -
The living room television has Roku TV Guest Mode where you may log into any of your existing streaming accounts for your own entertainment and will automatically be logged out after your reservation. Use the black remote.
Dedicated workspace -
There are two dedicated desks to work from, one in the upstairs hall and one in the back bedroom. We also offer 500mb~ download speed Wi-Fi throughout the house.

It's very walkable/drivable to the lake. A quick drive to Canyon Lake Marina for boat/jet ski/kayak rentals. You're also very close to Remi's Ridge at Hidden Falls wedding venue as well as a short drive to Whitewater Amphitheater for music and Schlitterbahn Waterpark in New Braunfels.

Guest access
You get access to the entire home (except the pantry which is used as storage), the yard and custom deck out back so you can watch the sunset, sit by the fire, and gaze at the stars.
Other things to note
We run on septic. Please do not flush ANYTHING that is not toilet paper.
The area is residential and there are a couple neighbors nearby so we ask that you be courteous to those living nearby and keep noise to a minimum.
Quiet time begins at 10pm Sunday through Thursday, and at 11pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
The backyard deck is against a neighbor's currently unfinished fence. Do not hang on string lights or sun shade or misuse any of the furniture or appliances.
Please be wary of uneven terrain as the landscaping is unfinished and rain can cause erosion.
We, the home owners / hosts / property managers, are not liable in any way if injuries occur on the premises during your stay.
