a large comfy estate home to relax in with all amenities such as indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, exercise room etc. In the middle of the city yet it feels like you are far away in a quiet countryside. a great place for a small gatherings. sleeps 14 comfortably but can provide 2 additional air mattresses on request.

The property is in poor shape with moldy smell and unsanitary floors. It advertises itself as luxury but it's not even properly furbished. We moved out the same night we checked in and requested the owner and VRBO to terminate our stay due to the moldy condition which is a health issue. No communications from the owner or VRBO after a few corresponds over email that has not led to any resolution. I'm still waiting for their reply where I asked for advice regarding next steps. VRBO asks for photo evidence, since we moved out already, I asked them to grant me access as not to be charged with trespassing but gotten no response. Besides, how am I supposed to provide pictures for "moldy smell"?

House was good a bit of places were unclean/broken but it was a good stay nonetheless. Lost an expensive watch which police say was given to the owner but they claim they don’t have it so it’s still being worked out

So disappointed that we left after 2 hours

When we arrived there were several issues. First, we were concerned about our safety because some of the doors and windows couldn’t be secured properly. Also, the house was very hot and would have made sleeping impossible. Additionally, the cleaning crew did a very poor job of cleaning the house ie. cigar butts on the floor, balloons in the pool, broken glass on the patio, and other assorted trash lying around. Finally, general maintenance and upkeep was lacking ie. broken light fixture on the patio, buttons missing off the stove, and a broken treadmill. We contacted the owner and he quickly met us at the house. We let him know we wouldn’t be staying. He apologized for the lack of cleanliness and helped expedite a full refund.

Great large space but this rental needs work

The space was large and we enjoyed the indoor pool, sauna and hot tub. There were not enough towels, there were no face cloths. The TVs had no local channels. The Wi-Fi was spotty. The house is older and needs some repair. Parts of the ceiling we’re falling onto the ground

Very Disappointing stay

This is a huge mansion, which is undergoing a major redevelopment. There is a public notice posted outside the property outlining the redevelopment plans, and as a result we found the property to be very poorly maintained.There was a clear lack of cleanliness, and the house was infested by ants. A lot of furniture was extremely old and broken, and broken glass panels on doors were fixed by using duct tape, which is a serious safety hazard. Would not recommend at all.

Spacious, clean

Spacious area, the lower floor had all the amenities to have a great getaway from the city. Not too far from the highway, lots of good food in the area
