Montana Vista - Great Condo with Pool and Hot Tub Access

Enjoy the best of Taos and the surrounding areas from this conveniently located and well appointed 1,200 sq ft condo in the heart of the El Prado Las Colonias neighborhood on the Ski Valley Rd. The facilities of the Quail Ridge Tennis Resort are available to you as a guest. The hot tub is open year round, the swimming pool is open Memorial Day to mid September. The 7.5 acre property includes 10 hard tennis courts, hot tub, a pro shop, a restaurant and a sweeping mountain view. Quail Ridge is conveniently located between Taos Ski Valley (14 miles away) and the town of Taos. Historic downtown Taos is only 5 miles away.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. The new appliances include a gas range, microwave and full refrigerator with ice maker. There is seating for 4 at the counter plus a tile top table with two chairs.

The living area is comfortable with a large flat screen TV. There is a great gas fireplace insert which heats the whole area.

The mattresses and bedding are all new. The master suite is spacious with a king bed, kiva fireplace and ergonomic chair for reading or relaxing, a flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom with tub shower combo.

The second bedroom is a suite in itself also. There are two queen beds, a full bathroom with tub shower combo and a flat screen TV.

The third full bathroom with tub shower combo is off the kitchen living area. The bathrooms have plenty of towels and there is a hair dryer in each one. There is also a queen murphy bed that unfolds into the living area. Bedding is available in queen bedroom drawers and closets. Newly installed washer/dryer is in the unit.

Out from the living room through the sliding door is your private patio with a gas BBQ, patio furniture and views of the mountains. The perfect spot to take in the outdoors and relax.

When you are ready to explore the area, skiing, hiking, sightseeing, fly fishing, museums, shopping and dining are only minutes away. The Rio Grande Gorge Bridge is 10 minutes away. Golden Piñon restaurant is located on site with a great . Pizaños Pizza is across the street. Several popular restaurants (medley., Saltos, Toribio's, Aceq, Orlando's) are a 5 minute drive or less. The scenic town of Arroyo Seco is 4 miles and the Taos Pueblo is 6 miles away.

Come enjoy the beauty of New Mexico in this comfortable home. You won't want to leave!
Montaña Vista is a pet free, smoke free home.

The pool is open from Memorial weekend to Labor day. The hot tub will be running year round.

Montana Vista was exactly as advertised and more. The resort was very quiet and well kept, and the unit was extremely nice. The beds were great and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked. The extra touch of having the coffee there was much appreciated. It was our first time in Taos and the whole vibe is incredible.

This Place is Great

Excellent Stay - Clean, Comfortable and Perfectly Located

Stayed here with my family a President's Day ski weekend. The beds were super comfortable and the condo was well stocked. Communication and check-in process was excellent. The kids enjoyed the hot tub. The location was perfect, just a few minutes from town and a quick drive up the canyon to ski Taos. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great Choice in Taos

Wendy was a great host, even delivering her own portable heater on Thanksgiving when the heater in one of the bedrooms went out! There’s plenty of room for a family and a good kitchen—we cooked our Thanksgiving dinner. No DR table, however. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms had plenty of hot water despite the freezing temperatures outside. The only complaint I had is that the parking lot wasn’t plowed until 7 AM, so make sure your vehicle can drive through deep snow if leaving early.

Short stay

Property was nice, clean. Size was perfect for two and would have been good if the the other three members of our family had been able to join us as originally planned. Location was great for us as we did not want to be right in town. We did not fix meals there but it appeared to be sufficiently stocked of everything needed if we had.

wonderful stay!

Staying at Wendy's condo at Quail Ridge was perfect for our family. We swam in the pool, played tennis, and enjoyed Taos. We ate on the cool patio at night. The apartment was just right for two adults and two children! Thank you!

Everything we hoped for. Felt like most welcome guests as nothing was overlooked to make us feel that way down to the smallest detail . Excellent instructions on the workings of the home tv etc. Lovely decor and spotlessly clean. Definitely the best accommodations we have had in Taos. Just bring yourself. All you need is provided.We will definitely return!

Quail Ridge

A lovely condo in a great location. Great place to stay with access to resort pool and grounds. Extremely clean and check in process easy. The kitchen was well stocked with pots. pans. dishes, glassware and utensils. Beds were very comfortable. The house is beautifully decorated in southwestern style. Easy access to Taos or up the mountain road. Great breakfast/lunch place and dinner restaurant next door. Will definitely rent here again!

Great condo!

The description is accurate. The entire place was spotless. The kitchen had all the pots, pans, utensils, etc. needed for cooking. Having three full baths is very convenient. Only 25 min drive to Taos Ski Valley during Spring Break. Would stay again!

Taos ski vacation

We loved our time here. Great location between Taos Ski Valley and Taos proper. The weather was perfect for skiing and enjoying the town. Loved having 3 bathrooms. Hopefully, we can stay here again!

Great place

Quiet, Comfortable, Clean

We enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and a nice location for hiking mountain trails or visiting galleries in Taos-halfway between the two. There is also a lovely restaurant that you can walk to from the condo. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Great home base for our vacation

Great location to check out all the areas (Taos, Taos Ski Valley, Angel Fire, & Red River). About 10 minutes to downtown Taos and 20 minutes to Taos Ski Valley. Very clean, exactly as pictured. We had a few minor issues come up through the week and Wendy, the property manager, was so responsive and quick to get our issues resolved!
