We only came for a very short stay, but everything was quite lovely. We enjoyed the brief stay! The area is very close to restaurants, casinos and amusement facilities. We would stay at this property again.

This place was beautiful, and so close to the beach, with plenty of room for the whole family. She even has little travel size items in case you forgot something at home. I forgot my charger at home, and was so happy to see that there chargers everywhere that we could use during our stay. She was very easy to reach if we had any questions.

The host, Tracee, was amazing. She is a great communicator and was patient when I had a couple of questions. We love this property and plan to use it as often as we possibly can. Well appointed, great location and a great value for the price. I would highly recommend this property and the host. It was perfect!

The kitchen was fully equipped, and the host added sweet treats to eat during our stay, as well. She also checked to ensure we had everything we needed. The 5th floor balcony had a wonderful view of the Gulf which could also be seen through all three inside windows facing that direction. There were plenty of activities nearby to enjoy, including shops, casinos, and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay!

Mr. Sexton, Thank you so much for choosing Serenity’s Safe Haven for you and Mrs. Sexton vacation. I was surprised to see I received an 8/10. I strive to make certain the condo is impeccable. If you can please elaborate what I can do differently to get a 10, I would appreciate your input. Thank you again for staying with us.

Excellent Host and Great Condo

The property owner is the sweetest lady! She was very accommodating and extremely easy to communicate with. The property was very clean and updated. The balcony view was awesome and it’s a great place to relax after a long day. This was my first VRBO rental and we were not disappointed. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Biloxi!

Serenity in Spades!

From the very first communication with Tracee, our experience in her lovely home was more than 5 stars...definitely a 10 star experience. We have stayed in VRBOs from Nova Scotia to Georgia to Daytona Beach to Texas to California and the state of Washington. All were enjoyable and worthy of return stays, but we are already trying to determine when we can return to Serenity. The condo is very well located, less than a mile from the Beau, a few miles from an excellent mall as well as a variety of restaurants. (breakfast at the Brick and Spoon is a MUST) The condo's view of the Gulf is breath-taking and the balcony a perfect spot for viewing sunrises/sunsets, listening to bird's sweet songs, sipping your morning coffee and evoking a peaceful spirit as you begin or end your day. The condo is colorful, charming and comfy from the moment we walked thru the door. A tough combo to create but Tracee has with her eclectic sense of design and use of space. Beds were extremely comfortable. Our only regret is not being able to stay longer. We will be back as return guests! No need to look further. You will feel very much at home here.

良かった点 : コミュニケーション
I will start with the great things about this property. The host is incredible. She was very sweet, responsive, and more than willing to accommodate. With this condo being on the top floor in the corner, it was very quiet. It was extremely spacious as well! The wind chimes just outside on the balcony were a nice touch. You have a great view of the gulf as well. The unit was very well equipped. I can't think of anything that it was missing. There were plenty of beach chairs in the closet as well as a huge beach wagon to carry things to the beach. We were a bit let down by a few things we hadn't anticipated. The unit is in the Chateau Le Grande building. It's not mentioned, so navigation applications such as Waze had a very hard time finding the place. I'm grateful that there is a picture of the building in the listing, so that alone gave us confidence we found the right place. The shower off the master looked jury rigged, and was coming out of the wall a bit. It was very low, so a taller person (such as myself) had to stoop in order to wash my hair. The bathtub in the other bathroom was extremely grimy. I chose to stoop rather than stand in that other tub. The building itself is in dire need of some TLC. Things are very worn, and the hallway leading up to the unit itself is extremely smelly. It smells like burnt ramen noodles and pee. Not the host's fault - but info to be aware of.
