Welcome to our sophisticated North Kamloops residence, a 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom haven designed for families and discerning travellers. With two fully equipped kitchens, this residence seamlessly combines spaciousness and luxury, providing an expansive retreat for up to 12 guests.
The private pool, available seasonally from June 1st to October 1st, invites refreshing dips on warm days, while the bubbling hot tub provides a perfect escape for leisurely moments all year long.

Sadheevj was prompt in his responses. We held Christmas dinner for 12 in the living room. We augmented the cutlery and kitchen implements which the host reimbursed.

This property is advertised correctly. The space was very homey and comfortable and made our family visit a memorable experience. The property owner was very quick to respond to any conerbs.

Be sure to test the pool

Came to stay at this property with a group of guys for a golf trip. Loved the IDEA of having a pool and hot tub to hang out after a day at the course. When we arrived the pool was very dirty, bugs, pollen, fast food wrappers, and wipes floating around in the water. After contacting the host he said he would get in touch with the pool company and fix things… that never happened. We asked if the pool was clean would it be safe to swim in and he said yes so we scooped all the garbage out of the pool and gave it a good clean. We then found test strips and decided a to test it. 0 chlorine in the pool and hot tub. Quite literally a cesspool. No propane or barbecuing tools on site (also promised to get for us but did nothing about it). The house was promising but fell extremely short and the host seems like he has better things to do than take care of his property or guests. Poor communication and no follow through. Unfortunate if you’re paying for an amenity like that and not getting any of it. Better off booking a property for cheaper without a pool than wasting money here. MAKE SURE YOU TEST THE WATER this hosts non caring attitude is going to get someone sick.

Great Hosts… Property Unfinished

Plenty of space! The upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely. A big appreciation for allowing dogs on this property - a fantastic fenced in area for our furry friends. We really enjoyed living room and kitchen area as a family. The hot tub was great and we’re sure the pool would be fabulous in the summer. The communication with the host was great and very responsive. This property is a great option for big families! The problem for us was the basement. Three of the bedrooms are located there. One does not have a door. There’s two bathrooms, only one had a shower/bath which drained incredibly slowly. There were open cutouts in the drywall, an unfinished divider wall, and a closet door was falling out of the track. We had elderly family members who tripped against the 2x24 on the floor in the unfinished wall. There was a lot of dust and hair on the floors and baseboards. We couldn’t find outdoor garbage can for the dog or kitchen waste. The dishwasher leaked. Overall, it has great potential… but it just wasn’t what we were expecting for the price and photos. When renos are finished, we suspect this will be a great place to stay.

Rental was not clea first day of check in. Pizza boxes and dirty classes everywhere. Bedding, towels, beds were all dirty from previous renter. Hot tub and pool not cleaned. Cleaner showed up the following day and cleaned the house, which was necessary but inconvenient A verbal agreement was made with the host to return the first nights rental cost but I am still yet to receive it.

We encountered issues upon arrival. Can say beds bathroom kitchen ready and clean. Beds comfortable. Floors not washed. Backyard deck area was obviously missed by the cleaners. Pool and hot tub required cleaning which the owner sent someone to address and get propane. He offered to send cleaners which didn’t work because of our family arrival. Yard lacking regular maintenance was over grown with weeds. Barbecue not clean and required propane Downstairs kitchen not as shown in the pictures. Owner contacted back and forth communication through and after our stay. Outcome for disruption resolved positively.
