I’ve stayed with family and loved ones at Provident Oceana over the past few years and it’s been one of our favorite places to stay when visiting the area. It’s location is perfect for beach access, restaurants and shopping. As much as I love this place, my last couple visits have been lacking. My main complaint last visit was the very uncomfortable living room furniture. And although this has been an issue for us, we still enjoy staying here. Unfortunately, our most recent visit was very disappointing. Unit #304E is in need of an overhaul. It needs refreshing, better living room furniture and a table out on the balcony would be amazing. The carpets in the bedrooms need replacing - they’ve seen better days. The shower head in the main bathroom needs updating too as it’s broken. The kitchen needs supplies: one big spoon and one small spoon is not enough for 2 guests, never mind a bigger group staying here. The starter packs advertised was incomplete. And the dishwasher was broken, so we couldn’t even use it.
I still love this condo building, just not this unit.
