Great location Condo is decent, nothing special Paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags should be furnished for entire stay Bedding did not seem fresh, room was cleaned in less than 2hrs Pool water was COLD only a few people got in the whole week we were there. Outdoor furniture needs some refreshing

Spacious and Comfortable

This condo is in a great location with Publix next door and the beach across the street. There are several restaurants in walking distance which was great because we didn't have a car. The unit is spacious and clean and there was plenty of room for our family. The intracoastal around the pool is really nice and we even saw dolphins.

We hebben een zeer mooie vakantie gehad op treasure island . Het appartement was ruim , 3 slaapkamers maar 2 kamers hadden geen daglicht wat wel jammer was. In de keuken was er meer dan voldoende eetgerei aanwezig. De wasmachine en droogkast waren top. Zeer mooi en ruim terras waar het ‘s morgens heerlijk zitten was . Een minpuntje was dat de condo niet goed gepoetst was ( vuile ramen ) . We hebben genoten

Wonderful location, spacious condo

The communication with VRBO and iTrips was fantastic. It was easy to get into the buildingand the condo, and both of our cars were able to park with ease. The place was well furnished, the pool and spa were great temperatures. The place was cozy and had everything we needed. The elevator seemed old and could probably use a replacement in the future. We would definitely stay here again.

We stay every year in Treasure Island and the Palms is close to the beach, Publix and walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Complex has a nice pool and hot tub. Condo was well supplied

Cute condo, how ever felt very dirty and dusty. Loud noises coming from roof of something broken.

Cute condo, good size for our group. Would give higher rating if it was cleaned properly found broken glass and candy behind the dresser and under the bed, and the noise from the roof had not been a issue keeping us awake at night.

New Year's in Treasure Island

Our family of 6 had a lovely time at Palms of Treasure Island. Communication before and during visit was excellent. Plenty of kitchen equipment to make a full dinner. Property was still going through some repairs and clean up from hurricane but never caused us a problem. Property is a bit older but the location makes up for the wear and tear. Condo could have been cleaner as floors immediately turned our feet black. We swept up a good bit of sand and a loose tooth upon arrival. Top of refrigerator needs attention. Towels were newish but very cheap and thin. Beds are comfortable as is all the furnishings. I would recommend with the caveat to bring your own towels if this is important to you.

Excellent location! Fantastic view!

Great location - awesome views…..and grabbing groceries next door at Publix made it so easy! Lots of shops, dining and full service beach access just across the street. Plenty of room to spread out and full kitchen with lots of fridge space. Access codes to building and unit made it easy for all of us to come/go as we pleased without having to have a physical key. Benefits program also was fantastic! We were able to get beach bikes, ice cream and check out Busch Gardens by having access to additional tickets. Great experience and place to say for our first time at Treasure Island!

Great trip to Treasure Island

Plenty of room for 5 adults in this very spacious, clean unit with gulf side views. Parking and check-in were a breeze (although you really don’t need a car given the location). Perfect location for beach access, shopping, dining and public transportation (all walkable) with less crowds than St Pete Beach. The couch and outdoor furniture has some wear and tear but we didn’t spend much time inside the unit anyway. The building facade construction is ongoing and does impact the bedroom (with two double beds) facing the street (noisy but it didn’t last all day). The pool and hot tub are clean with perfect temperatures and a nice bay view. Pool area lacks umbrellas/shade so we saved our swims for late afternoon and evenings. For the beach, you will need your own chairs and umbrellas (which you can rent from various vendors). Agree with other reviews that the bathroom towels could be upgraded, but they were clean with plenty to spare. We also brought our own large beach towels based on other reviews. Kitchen is well equipped and the washer/dryer are huge and appear to be new. Elevator had one brief outage during our week. Overall, we loved this unit and would definitely rent it again.

Very Enjoyable!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Palms. The condo was clean and well stocked. The pool was clear with plenty of toys. The view was spectacular. We didn’t see alot of staff, however, we understood it was not a hotel. Would definitely go back!

Awesome but…

The condo was beautiful. We really liked the location mainly because it wasn’t super close to restaurants, shops etc and kept it pretty peaceful. But close enough it wasn’t inconvenient. This isn’t a complaint, but I would strongly encourage you to replace the towels. VERY small and threadbare. The building itself is very attractive BUT the elevator should have been completely replaced 15 years ago. It broke down on our last night and my 78yo mother had to make it up 4 flights of stairs. I will absolutely rent this place again if the building owners do the right thing and replace it. Not “fix it”, replace it. I honestly don’t know how it passed inspection. Other than the elevator it was a great stay.
