Over 40 sun drenched beaches are yours to choose from on this island paradise. Opt for complete beach privacy, restaurant/bar accessibility or water activities such as snorkeling & scuba diving. Coakley Bay condos are located on the quiet East End of St. Croix.

Convenient to pristine beaches, grocery stores and a plethora of excellent restaurants. A short 10 minute drive to the town of Christiansted offers unique shopping and restaurants with an island flair.

"Turquoise Waters" is a beautifully renovated 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo with amazing unobstructed views of the Caribbean Sea and Buck Island. Ground Level with no stairs to navigate. End unit offering more privacy yet steps from the pool. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Large covered balcony with new gas grill and ample seating to enjoy meals or to take in the incredible sea views. This unit also has washer/dryer. Wake up each morning to soothing ocean views and gentle trade winds. Master offers king bed and ensuite bath. Guest bedroom with Queen bed. 3rd Guest bedroom with 2 twin beds.

Onsite Goat Soup & Whiskey Restaurant available during peak season convenient for dining in or take out.

Great place to stay!

We love the location of this condo. It's parking lot level right next to the pool and restaurant. Cindy was extremely engaged in customer service. She is so esay to communicate with! We hope to rent here again in 2027. Thank you Cindy and Jim!

Beautiful setting, wonderful stay

This condo is in a great east end location. It is just steps away from the pool, with no stairs at all. First time staying in Coakley and we loved it. Pool is nice, GOAT is a fantastic restaurant and so convenient having it right onsite (I know it does close for part of the year, so check that). Everything was in working order, comfortable beds and amazing view. Communication with the owner was great - timely and complete always. I highly recommend this unit.

Birthday Getaway

Everything about this trip was amazing! Our host, Cindy, was always just a phone call away! She made recommendations and suggested some ‘Must Do’s’ that were fantastic and very helpful. The Lyric Sunset Cruise was AMAZING! The beds were very comfortable. I just wish there was brighter lighting in the guest bath for making up your face. I Will definitely stay at this property again the next time I’m in St. Croix!

Great Stay!

We'll be back! The condo fit our group of 5 perfectly. The location on island is perfect - close to some great beaches, restaurants and shopping. The location of the specific condo is also perfect - close to the pool (close enough you do hear some pool noise) and on an end, with no steps to enter. It has some great views as well! One morning was so clear I could see St. Thomas and St. John.

Great St Croix Condo with Spectacular Waterfront views

This is a great condo for families with all the amenities you need. Owner and property manager very responsive to any issues that arose during our stay. It is as advertised, very close to beaches and excellent restaurants. Host provided very helpful recommendations for food stores, restaurants and beaches. We will stay there again.

The condo was wonderful. Beautiful views, lovely breeze, clean, and comfortable. We had 6 adults and it was plenty of space. The location is great - not far from downtown Christiansted at all. We are so glad we found this place.

Gorgeous View! Perfect location!

We loved our time at Turquoise Waters! We stayed 4/9 to 4/16. The view was priceless! When we were at the condo, we spent the time on the balcony. The location was perfect. We were able to explore the whole island easily. The condo had everything we needed for a great stay. The beds were super comfortable. We can’t wait to return!

Great apartment with great views!

Perfect place to stay for your island getaway. The condo was just what we needed for our family holiday with 5 people. Great amenities, located right next to the pool. Our only inconvenience was that the WiFi did not work during our stay. Thankfully there is public WiFi for the pool area though and communication with Stephanie was great concerning the issue. I would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the island.

Views, Close beaches and 3 bedrooms

The Ocean views from Living, Dining and Balcony were excellent. The space is perfectly laid out and ample in size, from sleeping, eating, and relaxing. You enter at the same level as parking, and the entire unit is on one level, so it is all very convenient. All the amenities we needed were available, and nice touches like beach chairs and a cooler made our beach trips enjoyable. The pool was easy to find chairs to read/sunbathe, and never crowded during our visit to swim. The owners communications before the trip were timely, and aided a few specific questions we had - which prepared us for our visit. No issues during our stay or for the accommodations - and the checkin/checkout was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Views

Everything was lovely except the property was just not clean. Communication with owner was great, prompt responses. When we arrived we took our shoes off by the door, our feet were black after walking around the condo. I did take pictures in case they are needed. I don’t like to complain-I hate reading reviews with complaints because we were in paradise so it doesn’t really matter. I didn’t let the owner know when we were there. We were there to sleep and then explore the beautiful island. I wouldn’t pick this particular condo again but the views are hard to beat.

Fabulous patio and view

We loved the view and large balcony, it was absolutely breathtaking! But the floors were, I hate to say this, but they were truly filthy. So I found a vacuum and tried to vacuum them, and a horrible burning odor permeated the apartment so I quickly turned the vacuum off. The broom was not great, but fortunately there was a mop and bucket so my husband mopped and that made things better. There was no top sheet on the king size bed, and we didn't realize we needed to supply our own bar soap, and extra toilet paper. The kitchen was stocked nicely and we enjoyed the furnishings and having our own washer dryer. We were bummed that the restaurant was not open till winter time. Again, we enjoyed the view and balcony so much!

Enjoyed every minute...

This was our 5th time to St. Croix but our first time at "Turquoise Waters". The unit was clean, beds were comfortable and everything we needed for our stay was here! The kitchen was well equipped, plenty our outdoor sitting for everyone and no stairs. It was close to the pool and restaurant, which had a nice dinner and Sunday Brunch. And Happy Hour 3-5! We were there for over 2 weeks so the in unit laundry was a must, most condo do not have this. The first week we were there the winds were 30mph so we had all the windows and fans going and it was great. The following week the winds died down so we did put on the AC in the bedrooms at night. The closet was full of coolers, beach chairs, umbrella, noodles and kids beach toys. The owners were great! The ONLY thing that was a little annoying was the traffic noise. But that would not keep me from renting here again. This is a GREAT condo don't let a bad review change your mind about renting.

Perfect Vacation Stay

Great condo. First floor, parking right outside door. Pool also steps away. Fully air-conditioned and very comfortable for our family of 5. Excellent for my wife who is handicapped. Wonderful views by day and a clear view of satalite overhead at night. Enjoyed some of the local eateries. Missed delivery though. Definitely go to Louies and Nachos, Six Nine restaurant for happy hour oysters, Buccaners Golf and Country Club. Exceptional meals and service and Pollys or Toast for incredibly delicious breakfast. Took day trips to Rhythms at Rainbow Beach and Dorsh Beach Sandcastles Resort. All close enough to spend mornings and nights by the gorgeous pool and afternoons at the beach. All the people we met were friendly and helpful. Would go back in a heartbeat. Definitely recommend and Stephanie is a great property manager. ALWAYS AVAILABLE AND RESPONSIVE TO ALL OUR QUESTIONS AND NEEDS. Good luck driving on the left hand side of the road. Probably the only challenging part of our vacation. If you scuba or snorkel don't miss St Croix. Thanks Stephanie see you again soon!

Our perfect piece of paradise!

Wonderful condo! This was an awesome place to spend a week on St. Croix. This was our first time on this particular island. I have been on other islands before and was expecting a much less comfortable environment then what I got here. The Condo was immaculately clean, well stocked with the essentials. Air conditioning was perfect! The outside patio was wonderful for coffee in the morning as well as long socializing sessions overlooking the ocean at night. The kitchen is comfortable and spacious. We cooked some extensive meals with good prep space and appliances. There was a well stocked market down the road, we even were ale to find fresh mint! The beaches were very clean and private, great for sunbathing and snorkeling, I loved going out to "The Wall" and looking down about 100 ft before the drop off and seeing a pristine carousel horse pointing the way over the edge into the darkest blue water. We even went to a modern AMC (CMC down there) theater one night and saw a current movie, 12 screens. The most surprising thing about this island was the wonderful food. Prices were reasonable and quality was outstanding uniformly thought the Island! People were friendly and we felt welcomed. This is a wonderful spot and are already planning our return. Thank you so much for sharing this property so my family and I could enjoy a week in paradise.

Turquoise Waters was spacious and lovely with great views and was perfect for our family of five.

Stephanie was very accommodating with our travel mishaps. We came a day late due to airline issues and she offered us to stay an extra day, which worked out perfectly. We are a family of five and the space was perfect for our 12 year old and two teenage girls. The unit is close to the pool (the pool wifi works much better nead the pool than the unit wifi, fyi - mostly mattered to the kids), the views are amazing and it was very quiet at the complex. We ended up driving to the Buccaneer everyday to swim and relax; the beach across the street is not great for that. But it was still a great location, just a little over ten minutes from Christiansted and close to some restaurants and resorts. Best to have a car rental if staying here. We woke up early one morning and took the short drive to Point Udall to see the sunrise at the farthest most eastern spot in the US. Worth it! Our top things to do on the Island: book the Jolly Roger snorkling tour at Buck Island...Mike and Bridgett do an awesome job; hermit crab races are at a couple local spots twice a week, this is so much fun for adults and kids; The Deep End restaurant down the road is a great spot to hang and eat and let the kids explore wildlife; Toast is an awesome spot for breakfast and lunch, very innovative menu; and the bioluminescent kayak tour was magical! Thank you Stephanie, for providing a lovely space for our fantastic week on St. Croix!

Nice Location Choose Another Unit

Property ID 993523, “Turquoise Waters”: Booking the unit was simple and effective. I am skeptical of the need to pay the entire price two months in advance and will look for options in the future. Pro’s: •The entrance has easy access to the parking and the pool. •The owner responded promptly to messages and acknowledged previous damage that we communicated shortly after arriving. •Maintenance of the unit is adequate. Con’s: •There was significant / annoying traffic noise. •The orientation of the building is such that there was virtually no breeze through the unit despite having all the windows open.The only window that would likely provide airflow was sealed off with plastic sheeting which always made noise. •The AC in the master bedroom is extremely noisy. We usually left the AC off during the day. However it was necessary at night (little/no breeze inside). •The binder for guests, “User’s Guide”, seems out of date which was only a problem when trying to establish Internet access. The appropriate Internet access was only discovered after a couple of days when we decided to spend some time sleuthing rather than vacationing. •Internet access, after discovering the proper SSID / password to use, was intermittent. Other routers (parking lot; poolside) gave us more consistent results. •Maintenance of the unit is adequate. However, certain things were not maintained or done so incorrectly. Unfortunately, after being informed of these things and acknowledging (as mentioned, above) the owner echoed them back as reasons to withhold the security deposit. •My wife and I inspected the unit upon initial entry and again immediately before leaving to return home. I can say with confidence that one thing mentioned as a reason for keeping our security deposit (the only item we didn’t report to the owner very early on) did not exist when we entered or vacated the condo. I'm omitting specifics because all the items are simple and should be repaired in short order. Unfortunately, due to their nature and the response, thus far, from the owner and VRBO the only thing I can recommend is to take detailed photos of EVERYTHING including every wall. •4 days after our return I still have no response from the owner regarding the damage claims and only the standard menu-driven help from a VRBO chat. Unfortunately, as it stands now I would recommend finding another nice place (of many) to stay while visiting St Croix.
