We hosted my sisters “ladies lunching” bachelorette at the heritage home. It was PERFECT. Incredibly unique, thoughtful decor, perfect location, hosts were so wonderful and accommodating. The large dining table was the perfect setting for a family style sit down event. We were allowed to bring a special guest to the residence, Allen the Alpaca which was a tear worthy surprise. Didn’t get outside to the miniputt due to weather but that is a definite perk to this this place also. Would love to stay again. This property is a hidden treasure in the city.

Tremendous property for Family visit meeting in Calgary for a family gathering at another location. Strong communication with the owner helped tremendously. We will return.

Location

Spent a couple days here. Location was great. Restaurants and bars very close. Jess welcomed us and stayed in touch throughout our stay. They had some renovations going on which we were informed about. Didn’t interfere with our stay at all. Had a great time. Will be back

Good property with helpful hosts

We as a group thoroughly enjoyed the property with the putting green and big living room area. Only draw back is no central A/C and we lucked out with a 30 day on our hands. The provided fans helped us cool down a bit during the day in the living areas as well as at night when the windows could be opened. Overall we thought the price and what we got was very accurate. The hosts were accommodating on earlier check-in and communicated well with me.

Do not receive until standing at the door to enter house. There was no can opener in the kitchen. Wi-Fi was terrible, had to use our hot spots off our cell phones. Had our own vehicles, but it took longer to get to the zoo for a wedding when we were told it was ten minutes and it was a complicate drive from the house to the zoo.

Hi Sue, Thanks for your review! We appreciate your feedback regarding the can opener and WIFI issues. A little bit confused regarding the comment about the zoo? Not sure that this came from us as I looked back on our comunications and couldn't see anything. However according to google maps, its just a short 12 min drive from our house. Thanks again for your stay and we would love to host you again if you are ever back in Calgary!
