The White House

Summary:

Welcome to the White House, a modern, open plan Sarah home, situated in peaceful Wellington East and only 10min from the Shell V Motorsport Park. With stylish and rustic fittings, finishes and décor, you and your guests will love the feeling of this beautiful, newly built home.



This property is completely off grid, serviced by a ducted air conditioner to keep you cool in summer which needs to be turned off at night / when not at the premises during the day. There is a gas heater and an electric wall heater in the lounge to keep you warm and cosy. Please feel free to bring extra blankets should you feel the need to. Water is supplied via rain water tanks so time in the shower needs to be kept to a minimum.



Bed Configuration:

Bedroom 1 : Queen Bed with ensuite

Bedroom 2: Two single beds

Bedroom 3: Two single beds

Bedroom 4: Double Bed



All linen and towels are provided aswell as a nespresso coffee pod machine, dishwashing liquid and tablets, hand soap and toilet paper.



The White House is the perfect river getaway, at any time of the year. Located close to the lake and boat ramp, guests can enjoy the private community facilities, the lake, and river beyond. The convenience of all amenities is just a 10 minute drive to Tailem Bend.



Strictly no parties, swags or caravans allowed, exceeding the maximum number of guests (10) will result in additional charges / you being asked to leave without compensation, as this puts pressure on the ameneties.
