Great accommodation'very clean and well stocked with complimentary items to help start you off. Good location and check-in was easy and great communication. Highly recommend this property very safe, secure and comfortable.

Needs a good Clean and updates.

Dirty inside and out. Locked windows without keys so no ventilation to bedrooms. Dead house plants. Damaged vinyl floor a trip hazard. Broken screen doors. Fat dripping out of range hood onto cooktop. Rat poo on the Barbie. No reply to phone calls or emails.

Contradiction between Stayz & Geographe. Got a bad feeling before arrival. Told 24hrs before would get address & code, other place said 10am morning of arrival, at 11.30am of the morning still not received code so once again emailed & eventually got address & code 11.46am !!Told 200 deposit required but not withdrawn from account unless needed, other place said would take 200 out of account & take X amount working days to get it back !!At no time did property advertise it was a unit assumed we were booking a house. Property did NOT present as advertised. On entry was greeted with a vacant room with a dead plant, a box filthy kids toys & a clothes dryer full of washing & with dust & hair lackies etc on floor behind it. Carpets were absolutely filthy in every bedroom, wouldn't walk on carpet without shoes as was so stained, dishwasher was full of dishes, place stunk, couldn’t get around the foot of the beds to get to other side of bed as smack up against WIR. Couldn’t sleep in front bedroom as slats missing from vertical blinds so anyone driving/walking past could see straight in. Towel rail - just 2 holes in the wall, no rail, leaves piled up put back & gardens full of weeds. Cover of manhole hanging out. Cars didn’t fit in garage so roller door couldn’t be closed.Never experienced anything like it. We demanded a replacement place or full refund.
