Welcome to the Alpine Adventure Pad, where comfort and exploration go hand in hand. Located a short walk from the downtown Leavenworth scene, this place provides seamless access to all the excitement our mountain town has to offer. Whether you`re looking to window shop, wine taste, or walk some nature trails, look no further, we`ve got you covered!

Inside, you can anticipate catching up with friends and family in the open concept kitchen and living areas. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the appliances and cookware necessary for that specialty home-cooked meal, and the TV is positioned for everyone to enjoy, even the chef of the group! Warm up in front of the electric fireplace while binging your favorite show or sit back in a cozy chair and enjoy your beverage of choice, just try not to fall asleep!

In addition to the living room sleeper sofa, there are two bedrooms available for you to choose from. The master bedroom comes equipped with a comfortable queen-sized bed and an attached full bathroom, and a second full bathroom is available for household use. A plush queen-sized bed can be found in the additional bedroom and there is a sofa-sleeper in the living room.

With a plethora of boutiques, dining options, and plenty of hiking and biking trails nearby, there is no shortage of fun to be had at the Alpine Adventure Pad. Don`t wait, plan your next big adventure today!

This condo is located 1 mile from downtown Leavenworth.

Please Note:

This is a second-floor condo and you will need to climb a set of stairs to get to the unit. No elevator available.

There is no central air conditioning in this home, but it does have mini splits in the living area an both bedrooms.

If you are planning to visit during the winter or summer months, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. The weather can be unpredictable during these seasons and we hold firm to our cancelation policy.

It was an extremely comfortable condo within walking distance to downtown Leavenworth. It was very quiet and peaceful. The host was very responsive and followed up to ensure our stay was satisfactory.

Clean an comfortable rooms. Each room had an AC and a fan. Plenty of utensils and dishes in the kitchen. Additional appliances were also included like blender etc.Perfect for a family stay

Condo was quiet, clean and set up with everything we needed. The location was excellent--within walking distance to downtown, and the adventure park was just on the other side of the street. The host's directions were very clear and detailed.

Great location for sampling Leavenworth

Very comfortable condo on the edge of town. A/C and recliner were very welcome, thank you. Easy access to tram and trail to downtown. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Great Apartment will definitely stay again!

Our first trip to Leavenworth, I was a confused with the text directions as I have never used VRBO before but Jess was helpful on the phone very late when we arrived. Highly recommend- nice and warm and clean with everything you need

Excellent! Would Love to Come Again!

We enjoyed our stay greatly in Leavenworth, the host made us feel welcome, and sent us all the info we needed ahead of time. The place was very clean, well stocked and better than expected, it is just what we needed for us, our daughter and her boyfriend to enjoy our stay together. We highly recommend. Thank you!

Father/daughter reunion

This property was as described and worked perfectly for us. We had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed the condo. The unit was clean and well maintained. A little farther from downtown than I expected but not too far to walk. Would definitely stay here again if in this area

Fresh, clean and as advertised. Excellent stay. Only drawback is the signage could be a bit better as we had a moment there where the unit was hard to find once on site, but not a huge issue

2 little old ladies

There were 16 stairs and no decaf. The interior was lovely, parking was a trick to identify thw proper space, and the directions helped with the wild goose chase.

Beds were too hard

we love the place , had everything we needed and perfect location but both beds were extremely hard and we ended up sleeping in the couch and love seat which were very comfy
