Cleaning crew works on a schedule. Late checkout fee will be charged: 50 CAD for the first 30 minutes, and 100 CAD per hour from there onwards.

We very much enjoyed our extended stay in Waterloo and particularly welcomed the easy walking access to Uptown, both university campuses, and downtown Kitchener. We appreciated the accessible laundry facilities, relatively large kitchen, balcony access to outdoors, and indoor garage space. Our host was attentive to any questions that arose during the visit.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place. It was livable, but it was not clean. We arrived after 5:30pm when check in was 4pm and the key was not in the lock box. We messaged the host and 20 minutes later were informed they were still cleaning. Once the cleaning person let us in, it appeared they had spent about 15 minutes cleaning. The place was not clean at all. There was hair all of the bathroom floors and showers. We understand there could be delays, but there was no communication and they didn’t even stay to finish cleaning. On top of that, the place is just missing stuff. The bedding was missing and we had to search around for it. There were no paper towels in the kitchen. I read another review that mentioned a broken towel rack in the bathroom and two months later it is still broken and fell off the wall. The place is not well maintained.

Great place to stay

It’s a nice 2 bedroom condo that has all your needs and is close to everything! A few things were missing like hand towels, wash cloths, extra bath towels. There was no Kleenex or salt and pepper. There was a broken bathroom towel holder and the upstairs bathroom vent fan has not been cleaned. No channels on the tv unless you bring your own passwords to login to tv apps so need to be aware of that. Beds were comfortable and overall good

Clean and quiet

I had no issues with my stay other than a missing garage door opener. Place is new and very clean. Bedding could use some upgrades for the price.
