Clean with all the trimmings

Great property, very clean. Kitchen provided everything that was needed. The apartment was tastefully renovated with a beach house feel. All beds were comfortable and we loved listening to the waves of an evening.Would highly recommend.

The unit itself was ok but the check in /out process was poor key pick up/drop 20 mins away from unit. Unit was on top floor 50 steps hard to carry luggage up/down. Instructions re key pick only available on day off issue 30 mins before check in which did not clearly advise distance required to travel from pick up point to unit so went to unit area to discover need to then go back 20 mins for key. POOR information sharing. Will not be recomending unit to friends/family

Hi Eve, Thank you for your feedback. We do send check-in instructions 1 hour before arrival for security reasons however taking into account your comments we will change this process and advise future guests earlier than this. Key pick up is located at our office in Kingscliff. We are sorry this was an inconvenience to you. Hopefully we can welcome you back in the future. Regards - Kingscliff Accommodation
