"TresSea" is a magnificent new construction home that features 6-bedroom, 4 full bathrooms with two additional powder rooms that offers gorgeous ocean views, tons of natural light, and plenty of room for the whole family, making it the perfect vacation spot! Conveniently located in the middle of Kure Beach, the public beach access is just around the corner from the home and just 3 blocks from the world-famous Kure Beach Fishing Pier. This architecturally designed home was completed in August of 2024, and is primed and ready to become your new family tradition!

As you enter “TresSea” you are welcomed by the by the open great room which features large windows that fill the room with natural light. A built-in hall tree offers the perfect place to set your bag or sitting space to slide on your shoes. The living room offers a cozy space for the whole family to gather and overlooks the stunning kitchen. Complete with a large eat in island and wine bar, the kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, stylish tile back splash, and offer plenty of storage for your groceries. There is a laundry room off the kitchen that provides access to the backyard. A conveniently placed powder room located near the living room offers convenience to guests and their visitors. The main living level also features the primary bedroom which is furnished with a king-sized bed and includes an en-suite bathroom and shares access to the backyard. You will enjoy the upscale touches, dual vanity, walk in shower, and large walk-in closet offered by the primary suite.

Upstairs you will find a bonus living room and kitchen area that adds to the space and comfort of this house. This additional living space features a queen en-suite as well as a queen sleeper sofa that can be easily converted in the evenings to afford another sleeping area for guests. A private deck off the bonus room makes a wonderful space to enjoy a private moment as you start your day. The nearby full bathroom includes a gorgeous walk-in shower and serves guests utilizing the bonus room as well as the nearby queen guest room. The first guest room is furnished with colorful touches, a plush queen bed, and makes lovely accommodation for your guests. There is a door that can be closed to separate the queen guest room, bathroom, and kitchen area so that the space can be used as an in-law suite if desired. There is even an exterior entrance to this area for added privacy! The second guest bedroom is outfitted with a king bed and offers double closets, a private en-suite bathroom with dual vanity, walk-in shower, and provides access to the rear deck. The third guest room on this living level offers two free standing twin beds and a sizable closet. Next door is a charming bunk bedroom that includes built in twin bunk beds and thoughtful touches that are sure to make your youngest family members feel special. The fifth and final bedroom is a queen guest room that has been lovingly furnished with antique touches. Located close to the full bathroom at the end of the hall, this shared guest bathroom has young family members in mind and offers a combination shower tub to ensure that bathtime is effortless.

The top floor of “TresSea” holds a truly special surprise that everyone will appreciate! A wonderful game room and makes a fantastic escape for the young and those young at heart. Complete with entertainment options, a powder room, peek-a-boo ocean views, and a wine bar – your family will enjoy hanging out in this space. Step out onto the deck and make your way up the spiral staircase to the roof top deck for tremendous views. From there it feels like you can see the end of the earth! Soak in the sun and watch the rays dazzling off the Atlantic Ocean. This deck is the perfect perch to watch the ocean, relax with a cold beverage, or enjoy your morning coffee.

The beach can be accessed in about 100 steps, just a block and a half, by going either north or south to nearby public access areas. Load your cooler with lunch for the family and fill it with the Commercial Ice Maker in the garage to spend the day in the sand! Don’t miss out on this home- you’ll want to come back any time of year! It is dog-friendly, so bring your best furry family members with you. Make sure to take the family to the North Carolina Aquarium and the Fort Fisher historical site for a fun and educational day time activity that everyone will enjoy. Catch a ferry ride over to Southport for the day for some great local dining options or spend the day hiking in the maritime forest of Carolina Beach State Park. Venus fly traps and native pitcher plants can be spotted in the park seasonally and make a truly memorable experience. Just a short stroll to Freeman Park, your furriest family members will have a ball on their beach vacation. You'll want to immerse yourself in the myriads of activities offered on Pleasure Island. Occupancy: 14.
Stay Requirements: Flexible arrivals with a minimum of 3-night stays in summer, and minimum of 2-night stays in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 2 King, 2 Queen, 2 Twin, 1 Bunk Bed (twin over twin), 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa.
Parking: Parking in the driveway for 5-6 cars depending on the size of the vehicles. Garage parking for golf carts only.
Pet Policy: Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking when the option to bring a pet and number of pets are selected. Nonrefundable fees are listed in the House Rules and animals must be disclosed via the Rental Agreement. Fees are not included automatically when booking on VRBO and must be paid separately to the host if you wish to bring a pet(s). Failure to disclose and prepay for dogs will result in penalty fees which are disclosed in House Rule #16.  

Prohibited: Smoking, RV’s, Boats or Trailers, Grills. Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Property Security: For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have exterior security cameras located on the front of the home facing the driveway and one in the rear of the home that faces outward from the back door.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It was beautiful, very clean, and well stocked with everything we needed. The location was great — just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, which made everything very convenient for our group.The layout was perfect for our family of 8, with plenty of space for three adult couples to spend time together while also having privacy. The game room level was a huge hit with the kids and gave them the perfect place to hang out and have fun.One small note for the owners: the water filter needed to be changed, as we ended up using several cases of bottled water during our stay. Other than that, everything was excellent, and we would definitely return.

family beach fourth

Incredible property a quick walk to the beach. plenty of space for four couples one single adult and three kids. we did not have to use all the beds they provided. the home was so well stocked with everything we needed to cook and relax. the beach equipment they have means you really don’t have to bring much but beach towels and an umbrella/tent. the views from the balcony were amazing… and the parking!! people don’t realize how important it is on kure beach… but this owner prioritized it. two refridgeraters and an ice maker. huge! worth the price. bryant realty handles the management and they made thing pretty easy. only surprise for us… i came back to a bryant employee in the house changing filters. would have been nice to know they were coming ahead of time. but didn’t have the problem again. incredible stay. truly.
