About this space
This is our sencond house in Montreal , we bought from an old lady but the house condition is very bad.We change all of amentites and equipments, my husband decorated all the house,the ladder, floors,painting ...All the furnitures and equipements are new.
Mordern,sunshine,spacious,comfortable,netflix.Safe and quiet neibours .15 mins to St-bruno,dix 30.30mins to downtown Montreal.5 mins drive to supermaket,restaurents,Chambly lake.
The space
comfortable and sunshine, free parking 5 rooms 2 full bathrooms,3 rooms on the first floor, 2 rooms on the basement.We'll charge extra guest fee after 8 guests.

Maison bien située dans un quartier tranquille à proximité des services et de Montréal. Places de stationnement dans l'entrée et la rue. Plusieurs produits inclus, mais pas de passoire ou de poêlon convenable. Les communications avec l'hôte ont généralement bien été. L'enjeu principal concerne la description de la maison qui ne correspond pas à la réalité. La piscine était aucunement fonctionnelle et apparemment depuis un moment (toiles déchirées), problème de peinture qui écaille à certains endroits, problème d'hygiène dans les douches et mauvaise odeur persistante dans la maison. Le titre (les caractéristiques) de la maison ne correspond pas avec la réalité, malheureusement.

The property was great and well equipped, in a quiet and pretty neighbourhood. Only drawback was that the pool advertised in listing title was empty and this was one of the reasons we chose the house over others.

The house was advertised as having a swimming pool. We reached out to the owner a few weeks before the arrival date and were told that the pool was not in working order. No reason was provided. Upon arrival, the check-in was fine but the garbage bins out front were overflowing with trash bags on the driveway. We contacted the owner and bins were changed the next day. When we saw the actual pool in the back, it looked like it had been a long time since it was in working condition. Inside the house was clean, although the dishwasher was full of clean dishes not put away. The railing for the staircase was not secured to the wall properly. The neighbourhood and street was quiet and nice. There was a park nearby and an ice cream parlour within walking distance. Overall, it was an okay house but advertising with a pool was wrong and we should have been compensated for the fact that it actually did not have a working pool.

A great stay!

Overall, a great stay! The house was perfect for our group of 8 (4 adults, 4 kids). We were in Chambly for ringette and the location was perfect for our group, only minutes from the arena. The house was clean and provided towels and toilet paper as listed. The kitchen was adequate; it was missing a cheese grater but we managed without. We visited in May so the pool wasn't open so we can't comment about that. Overall I recommend this house and if we come back to the area, we will certainly look to stay here again.

Grande maison rénovée,plusieurs chambres pour accueillir la famille et était bien située pour les besoins que nous avions durant cette fin de semaine.Seul bémol,les diverses affichages dans la maison sont uniquement en anglais,facilement corrigeable!!
