(2 bdrms ups & 2 bdrms down & pullout queen couch) Enjoy a private, fully fenced yard, modern amenities, and a fully equipped kitchen. Prime location near Highway 400, public transit, downtown waterfront, mall & great restaurants. 1 Pet is allowed but need to know what type and size - an additional fee may be incurred. Parties over 10 will incur an additional cleaning fee of $20.00

Awesome stay and host

We were lucky enough to stay in this home for a month while visiting family. The house was exactly as advertised and the yard was perfect for my dogs. Wes was very easy to communicate with and always helpful! I would definitely stay again.

Wedding Weekend

We had a fabulous weekend at Wes’ house. The house was a good size for all of us to hangout and get ready for the wedding. Lovely neighbourhood! It was located close to the church and the wedding venue. We would definitely stay at Wes’ house again and recommend it to family and friends.

Great stay

We were two families of 3 staying at this home, and it was perfect for both families!We were there for a dance competiton and the location was perfect.There were a few minor cleanliness issues such as the fridge/freezer wasn't the cleanest and under the couch cushions needed a quick vaccum, but otherwise, this home was beautiful and had great space for all of us. The kids toys downstairs was also a great touch.I also want to mention the A comminication with the host was impeccable and greatly appreciated.We would recommend this home to friends and family and we would also stay here again!

I am new to renting a property like this so this being my first experience was very positive. I didnt realize when I booked that it had defaulted to two people on the reservation and honestly didnt realize that it mattered. So when we arrived with three families and the camera at the door saw us, we received a message from our host almost right away asking if there were more than 2 ppl in the house.This was an oversight by me but was corrected right away and now I realize the importance of indicating the numbers properly. The host was there within 30 minutes to bring extra beding and was very understanding. Property was well maintained simple and elegant. Very clean and presentable. The host left little chocolates out and complimentary coffee and tea. Nice little touch for sure. Thank you for making our stay easy and wonderful.

Fantastic Rental Experience

We have never rented from VRBO before and this was a last minute rental. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The house was spotless and well equipped with a very thoughtful welcome package, towels and toiletries. Being just off the highway, it was very accessible with many restaurants nearby. There are also three outdoor seating areas (ground floor, upper deck and a front entranceway. The house is situated in a quiet, mature neighbourhood. It was very suitable for our family however it would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues as it is a split level home with stairs. I would recommend it to family friends and would definitely rent it again if in the area.
