Parking:
Tidewater charges a resort fee of $35 plus tax for parking and wristbands. All guests MUST pre-register with the resort! Preregistering means wristbands are programmed and parking passes are created ahead of your arrival. Guests must stop by the front desk upon arrival to pick up wristbands and parking pass.

The parking garage is located across the street from Tidewater Resort. Guests may purchase two parking permits for a 1- or 2-bedroom unit and 3 parking permits for a 3-bedroom unit.

Parking spaces in the garage are not assigned. Locate the skybridge on level 2; this will take you across the street to the main complex. After crossing the skybridge, go to the registration desk, located on the second floor. This is where you will pick up your parking passes as well as your amenity wristbands.

No vehicle exceeding 7 feet, 2 inches in height is allowed in the garage.


Other details to note:
You will find the 2 oversized lagoon-style outdoor pools on either end of the building connected by a long boardwalk that also takes you through the private resort gate to the beach.

Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip to your email. Access to your vacation rental is also convenient with our custom keyless locks.
