We acted quickly and worked with Evolve to issue a $100 refund as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience.- The imbalance was linked to a prior guest allowing pets in the pool, so the homeowner has since updated the listing to no longer allow pets and will continue closely monitoring the pool going forward.Thank you again for your feedback, as it helps us create a better experience for future guests!
