Exquisite 4 Bedroom modern home in Arcadia Lite - the Palm District. Largest sqft home rental in the area! Impressive high ceilings, open and spacious with pool, hot tub and bbq in the backyard.
Lots of natural light and Camelback Mountain views. Walking distance to LGO, excellent restaurants, the popular AZ canal trail as well as new 5star hotel: The Global Ambassador.
Located 15 minutes from the airport. 10 min uber to old town Scottsdale & Fashion Square mall.
4 large flat-screen TV screens throughout the home. New Beds and Bedding.
Large dining table easily seat 6 and there are 3 island bar stools is kitchen. Kitchen has everything needed to cook, high-end stainless steel appliances and we always stock coffee and nespresso pods for your stay.
Of course there is laundry room with washer and dryer and detergent provided.
Step outside from the dining room and enter your own backyard oasis.
Pool and hot tub can be heated for additional cost
This homes central location makes it the perfect Scottsdale home base.
