Perfect & Clean hotel , helpful and freindly

I like this hotel really I will stay again because friendly helpful good location, clean and close to Cannes , also it has 1 big swimming pool, free parking with gate open with password, this hotel like apartment you will find everything. I recommend this hotel for family.

The property was great, unfortunately they stuck us right above the pool which was being repainted. the fumes from the resin were making us sick. They put a sign in the lobby the day the pool was being worked on to apologize for the awful toxic smell. No advanced warning whatsoever. Thankfully Franck the front desk attendant was able to move us to a better room farther away from the pool. He was the bright spot at this place and the only reason I give it 4 stars. He was very helpful with everything and even gave us some great tips on where to go to see some authentic villages. Thank you Franck , you made the trip great!

this is not a hotel, this is a rental, and definitely not a clean one. I don’t know who gave this property the confidence to put 5 stars next to it… in what world is this 5 star quality? It’s dirty, the floors are disgusting and the whole places smells very pungently of mildew. The floors are not clean and full of dirty shoe marks and spiders and worms. The bathroom is horrible, the toilet does not flush properly and is also dirty like everything else in this property. You can imagine the state of a room that never gets cleaned and is constantly being rented out. There is also rarely any reception staff during the hours indicated. Good luck trying to check in and checkout even during the times where the staff are “supposedly” available. The reviews praising this property are most definitely fake or they have incentivized in some way to boost the property rating. If you value cleanliness and hygiene, stay away from here. For the price I paid for this, I could have gone anywhere else and had a much better experience, but I was fooled by the fake reviews. Please take my word if you are considering this accommodation: Go literally anywhere else, sleep on the street if you have to.

Overall, this is a genuinely impressive establishment to lodge for a few nights. Its proximity to the highway is a notable convenience, yet surprisingly, no vehicular noise permeates the apartment or the pool area. The apartment provides all the expected amenities, satisfying our requirements flawlessly. However, we encountered an issue with a poorly secured glass door in our shower. Given its instability, it wasn't safe for family use, especially with a child. Luckily, the apartment also included a hot tub and an additional shower, offering a useful alternative. The reception was informed about the faulty shower door, and we earnestly hope they rectify this issue for future guests. Despite the aforementioned problem, the hotel is a highly commendable place to stay. It offers cleanliness, tranquility, private parking, a securely gated area, and a multilingual reception. Given our positive experience, we would certainly consider returning if we were to visit Nice again in the future.

Bon séjour, accueil chaleureux et très serviable. Par contre le logement mériterait des rénovations : salle de bain : lavabo bouché et au niveau de robinetterie de la baignoire : château branlant rafistolé avec du carrelage et de la mousse , fissures dans tout le logement, le sol pas très propre, ne mérite pas 4 étoiles. En revanche la literie est très bonne et le t2 est très spacieux

Très bon établissement, proche des axes principaux. Produits d’accueil nombreux et variés. Compte tenu du prix, nous sommes satisfaits. Certaines choses seraient à remettre en état dans le logement. Le personnel d’accueil est très sympathique.

Séjour au top en famille !!!

Séjour très agréable et le personnel était très sympathique et accueillant, l’appartement correspondait à nos besoins pour 3 personnes, les lits étaient confortables et silencieux , la piscine était très propre, l’hôtel était très bien placé à 5 mins en voiture de nos enfants, des commerces et proche de la mer 15 mins en voiture, une adresse à conserver et on va sûrement revenir assez vite .

Alojamiento muy normal

Es un alojamiento normalito, con un mentenimiento escaso quw deja mucho quw desear. El primer día la puerta de la habitación no cerraba y tuvimos que insistir mucho para que la arreglaran porque pretendían que durmiéramos el con la puerta abierta. El lavavajillas estaba estropeado desde el primer día, avisamos en recepción y no lo arreglaron en toda la estancia. También se nos estropeó un enchufe, avisamos y tampoco lo arreglaron. Solo hay una persona en recepción que tiene que hacerse cargo de todo. A su favor tiene la ubicación y que la habitación es bastante amplia y las camas cómodas. Como a partir de las 9 de la noche no hay recepción se nos perdió la llave de la habitación y tuvimos que llamar a un teléfono para que nos lo solucionaran si bien no tardaron más de media hora en acudir y hacernos un duplicado, lo cual es de agradecer.Por último destacar la amabilidad del recepcionista del último día que tuvo el detalle de ofrecernos agua para el viaje de vuelta.
