This stay was phenomenal. The villa is incredible and has an unreal view of the city. The staff is lovely, and the amenities are great. My only feedback would be paying for electricity - a bit ridiculous and expensive, be aware. Other than that, wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The hotel rooms offers amazing sea views and it is very clean. Love the infinity pool on the property. There are lots of dining options near the hotel. There is a steep hill to the hotel, some taxi drives would not like to drive up.

The manager herself was hard to communicate, had a very bad attitude. The villa was nice and clean, it would’ve been nice if the restaurant served more food. They charged for the electricity which we found odd and expensive.

Property is on the hill with sea and mountain views makes it unique pool was nice and clean spa in the villa was in good condition. To enter the property need a vehicle it is not walkable because it is steep hill entrance. They need to make stairs to those who want to access by walk. cleaning and towel change is every 3rd day at least they have to change the towels daily basis or on request. Thanks

The property has a great view of the ocean. Clean and comfortable living. It's located on the top of the mountain so it's not walking friendly. You'll need to have transportation to get around.

Me and my family had a wonderful time in Phuket The View. The rooms were amazing, the pool was awesome and my daughter had the best moments of her life. It’s a condo so don’t expect super fast hotel service but overall MR Sunny And Miss Milk was very helpful. As it is Thailand the staff they are very respectful and friendly. I have nothing to complain about and if in the near future I visit Phuket again I would love to stay at the view again. Thank you

The property charged us extra for cleaning, but they didn’t come and clean the place daily.. it was alternate days.. and we clear the bill earlier due to early morning flight, they cut off hot water and water pressure on the last day which was very unreasonable

The property has a great scenic view, but that is as far as I would say was great about this place. Our encounter was horrible we checked into a Villa that had cockroaches, extremely dirty mattresses, dirty sheets, and a not so clean living space. We arrived late night and complained immediately about the issues but since the cleaning crew was done for the evening we made the best of it and received new blankets for the night. The issues were supposed to be solved the next day but only the mattress was addressed. After a subpar make believe cleaning service, we still had the same dead cockroaches , and dirty living space. We once again complained to management to no avail. The only reason why we didn’t checked out of the Property was due to the fact that every property we contacted and considered was booked for the week. This was an extremely disappointed experience.

A beautifully designed property which fell short of expectations. Staff were difficult to deal with at times. Parking for my rental motorbike was limited to a tiny areas where all the other motorbikes are herded into a small area, resulting of course in incidental damage to all of them. I parked in another area where there were staff motorbikes, including those contraptions with sidecars, and they booted me (locked the cycle). I am NOT a fan of this hypocrisy where staff make things easy on themselves and have a double standard for others, as the place I parked would in no way interfere with anyone. Staff answer the phones only rarely if you need to call them. This caused us problems on 3 occasions. Gym is dysfunctional. One of the AC units in my condo was dysfunctional. The furniture was cheap and unacceptable. No trash cans were provided... only 2 tiny waste paper baskets which overflowed after just one meal, requiring us to take our trash up flights of stairs. The hill coming to the facility is steeper than any I've ever seen in my life. Not an issue, except when you book a van, which may sometimes refuse to come up there, as they bottom out on the paving. The price they charge for electricity is confiscatory. I practiced care in using the electricity but was still given a ridiculously high bill, the exact figure of which can't be quoted here because of expedia regs. Ditto cleaning fee. I'd never go again.

Nous avons pris 2 logements identique moi et mon cousin c’est à dire 2 familles de 4 personnes. Mon cousin a eu son logement comme convenu spacieux moderne et propre. Alors que moi j’ai changer 3 fois de logement en 9 jours. Je m’explique pour commencer on m’a mis dans un logement qui ne correspondait pas à ce que j’avais pris, le mec de l’accueil m xplique que c’est pour une nuit et que demain j’aurais mon logement déjà je suis pas content car je peux même pas m’installer, je précise que j’ai réserver une n octobre pour février! Le lendemain il me donne un logement degeulasse je demande à changer et avoir le meme logement que mon cousin car on a payer et pris la même chose, il m’explique que c’est full et qu’il n’y a pas de place qu’il est désoler mais qu’il a que ça. J’écris alors à hôtels.com pour me plaindre!! Le lendemain il me fait visiter 2 logements et me demande de choisir ni l’un ni l’autre ne correspondent à ce que j’avais pris et à ce que j’avais payer. J’ai accepter un des 2 car pas le choix. Le logement que j’ai pris été plus propre que l’autre mais des remonter d’odeur dégoût émané des salle de bain le jacuzzi à l’extérieur trop salle pour se baigner bref trop de point négatif je vais demander un dédommagement à hôtels.com pour la gêne occasionnée. Ha oui il mon demander de rajouter 1800€ si je voulais un logement pour mon cousin la blague alors que j’avais déjà payer et validé ce dont j’avais le droit. Bref trop de chose à dire. Ne pas se fier au photos

Stor og fint leilighet med kjempefin havutsikt. Basseng og treningsrom i komplekset, samt en restaurant ved bassenget var fint å ha! Noen av stedene i leiligheten hadde nok trengt litt fornyelse, men helheten var bra. Hotellet ligger på en fjell, så det er len bratt bakke å gå eller kjøre opp! Vi brukte hotellets Shuttle bil så ofte som mulig, det fungerte fint. Måtte betale for strøm ved utsjekk, som reglene sa, så vi var forberedt på det, men det var absolutt ikke billig!! Man må betale depositum med kontanter ved ankomst. Kommunikasjon foregikk via whatsapp og fungerte fint. Hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening. Alt i alt veldig fornøyd!!
