The staff of Roland House was so kind and polite with us. They offer all kind of facilities. The accomodation was comfortable and the location was very well located, in a quiet aera, near to bus stop and underground station. Thank you so much, we will return!

Our stay here was absolutely brilliant. We arrived at 7 A.M. and we were able to check straight in which was so appreciated after a long night of travel. We also were able to store our luggage all day to get an extra day of exploring in. Fantastic amenities and room a big plus was the fan over the bed. Overall would definitely stay again

I stayed here for 2 nights from June 25th-27th. The room was spacious and had what I needed. The free laundry was a big bonus as I was on Day 8 and 9 of a 12 day trip and could use some fresh clothing. If I had one complaint, I was on the ground floor near the reception and the noise from people coming and going was a bit much especially late at night and early morning. But overall I would stay here again maybe just away from the reception area.

This was a perfect place to stay for 2 days with 2 kids- the rooms were spacious and having a small kitchen was great! The staff was also very friendly and available 24/7.The area was also very close to everything we needed- all in all, our stay was great!

I recommend staying there

Very good location close to Gloucester Road Underground, Tesco, cafes, Natural History Museum, Hyde Park nearby. Friendly staff at reception. Not so much clean though but for a few days it's more than perfect.

Good place to stay, well located

Property was clean and provided all we needed and better than average hotel room Comfortable. Cooking facilities were basic (we didn't need). Room very spacious, good bath with rain shower. Nearby many good restaurants, pubs, café etc, so it was well located and away from traffic noise often encompassed in hotels facing a mian street.

Helpful staff. Good stay.

Property and staff were very good. Only issue was the traffic noise. It was unseasonably hot and we had to keep the windows open, therefore traffic noise was an issue.

Fairly spacious studio, good shower, gym, jakuzzi and steam all good. Reception team very helpful and professional. The room was clean and tidy. Decor and fittings a little tired but fine and bed a bit hard, but otherwise a good base for work or visiting

Nice location

Three nights here, staff were very dismissive when we arrived and I felt quite rude. The rooms are ok but there idle no daily service or clean, had to empty our bins outside. There is a laundry for guests to use but most of the machines weren’t working so we were doing our laundry throughout the night.

The location is great – just an 8-minute walk from Gloucester Road Station, and the building has a gym, sauna, and jacuzzi. However, the apartment itself and the service leave a lot to be desired. The kitchen is very basic and needs improvement. The TV didn’t work, and there was no working phone – I couldn’t reach reception when needed. The floor was dirty, and the window shade didn’t block the sun at all, making it hard to rest. Guests are expected to take their own trash outside the building, which isn’t convenient. The gym is outdated and could use better equipment. Customer service was disappointing. When my son arrived, they refused to give him the key even though I was on the phone with them and had already provided my ID. Some of the staff were unhelpful and unprofessional zero trust Overall, a good location but poor service and facilities.. but it good price when high seasons.

For the price this place was ok, but it was pretty run down. The fan didn't work, there was exposed earthing wires behind the sink, the metal bathroom shelves were rusty, there was a stain on the sofa. It was pretty clean though, and for the area you probably won't get much better unless you significantly up your budget.
