Location was accessible to restaurants, banks and shopping malls. Good service and helpful staff. Breakfast was served hot by Blanca, her hospitality and service were excellent. Overall it is safe and nice place

Great location! Nice large unit with separate bedroom. Bed was comfortable. Could use better lighting in the living room area. Showing some signs of aging especially in the bathroom. Staff are super nice and having someone prepare eggs for us with the complimentary breakfast was a real treat. I would definitely stay here again. Excellent restaurants very close by.

Wont recommend

Dirty bathroom, shower looked like it hasn't been cleaned, found hairs, no hand towels or bath mat, had to ask for an extra bath towel, no water bottle in the room, poor lighting. Won't recommend.

Breakfast was great. And although it's an older property, it's well kept. My room card was hit and miss. Had to get help getting into my room at least 3 times over a 4 day stay. That was annoying.

Would not stay again. Pros: great location, elevator, wonderful cooked to order breakfast, comfortable bed. Cons: very dirty. Shower grout was filthy, mold going up the kitchen wall and I woke up with sneezing and stopped nose, only one bath towel given for a king room. Nothing to step out of shower on (because just one towel). Full kitchen but no dishes or cutlery, not even a cup. Feather Duvet had no cover on it, and since it’s feather I doubt it gets washed, one roll of toilet paper left in room, door and light switches very dirty. Check out after one night.

The hotel is in a great location, sadly the amenities in the room were not as good as I would except. Basic things like towels or hand soap were missing. If they. Luis had morose on the basics it would be a sold option.

The hotel has great location, however there is no AC, our room didnt had towels when we checked in and there was no hot water during 2 days. There is practically no staff, just a security guy at night and you can hear what is happening in almost all the rooms because the building is old and everyone keep the windows open.

Even though after our fifth day at the property we advised water was not hot enough after 7:00 pm, nothing happened until 2 days later when they finally called a technician to check the boiler. As a result, the boiler was down during the last two days of our stay (9 nights) while repairs were going on at the boiler. Further, after complaining to the Manager over the phone (she never showed up), she said that she was terribly sorry but as as the stay was prepaid, she could not do any reimbursement!!! I'm a frequent traveller for some decades already. If the above is not the most preposterous excuse I ever received, it for sure on my top 3. Very bad deal booking on Expedia and paying in advance. I'm very disappointed with Expedia and the hotel customer service.

Terrible atención a huéspedes!

La persona en el check in, muy joven, desconocía muchas cosas, terrible atención a clientes. El guardia de seguridad era el hombre orquesta...muy amable pero lento y tardado, brillaba por su ausencia!

Sucio, incómodo, calor no les importa lo q necesit

La habitación súper pequeña, el baño tenía hongo en las paredes y yo podía quitarlo con el dedo, esto quiere decir que no lo lavan, no ponen toallas, hay que estar correteandolos para que te den una toalla, el olor de la cocina se mete a la habitación, hace mucho calor y no tiene A/C
