Remembrance Sunday stopover.

Spotless clean, all toiletries provided. Large comfortable bed. Party at the pub downstairs noisy while midnight.

Inside the building and the room is clean, updated the water dispenser is a plus, the service and maintenance respond quickly. Contrast with the exterior an alleyway with dumpster asides, one night we back to the hotel and a car parking made it difficult for us to pass

Great location, handy to public transport, and very well priced. The room had everything needed for our one night stay, and was clean and comfortable. As not staffed, entry instructions were sent in good time, and the process was smooth and felt secure. Would certainly use again if in the area.

Good sized room, clean and tidy. No air conditioning and room got very warm, a fan was supplied but not that effective. Quite a busy location so could be noisy overnight as no double glazing. Couldn’t find any milk among the essential cupboard items. Overall suited us for our weekend trip as conveniently located to the Cenotaph area and the pub downstairs was excellent for food and drink.

Convenient but don’t expect a good sleep

Hotel is right above a pub where people congregate outside shouting and laughing and just off quite a busy road so very noisy until very late and noisy again early morning when the rush starts. Room is spacious and has good amenities but was a bit dusty and not much care had gone into cleaning/maintenance.

The room was very comfortable and clean. It was noisy at night time being close to a pub especially when customers were leaving also noise from the traffic. No top up on coffee as our stay was 3 nights.

Very modern property, safe area, staff put a fan in our room after we requested it. Wpuld have given it a 5 had it had air con. The room was exrremely hot!

Nice room, looked like the picture. Toilet door was a bit squeeky and you could hear the restaurant guests that where sitting outside quite loudly from room #1 (if you like to sleep early it could be a problem, usually quite after 11 pm)

Can hear doors in hallway a lot as people enter and exit room. No carafe in room to get water. Easy to get to, close to tube and river. Overall, good stay!

Check in without desk was annoying, lots of faff with mobile phone. Room was comfortable and clean, and well-equipped. Worked OK for what it was, I prefer having staff and facilities, but this works out cheaper.

There is no front desk, after going back to the listing I realized it was mentioned but I think it can definitely be clearer. You have to download the app ahead of time and manage the check in process. Location was great and close to main attractions. No AC just a fan. Room and bathroom were nice.

Nice room, let down by noise and comfort

Good-size, nice quality room, marred by terrible street noise and poor sound insulation between rooms and corridors. Very solid mattresses, and lumpy pillows.

Service not present at all...

The room was clean and have a great location. The stay was in general quite pleasant. However, I was staying 5 nights there and each time when I walk to the room with the essentials on the 3rd floor there were no towels left which means for me that the Sonder staff was not checking and did not care at all to refill. We had for 5 days the same towels... This is not really a hotel.

Really friendly and helpful staff, they responded to my queries almost immediately! The room was good too, not a bad stay overall. However, this place is ideal for short term stays. Not so great for long term stays for the follow reasons: No fridge, no microwave, no dishes/cutlery, the room isn’t cleaned during stays (you would have to pay for that separately), no lifts which makes climbing up and down 5 million (I’m exaggerating) flights of stairs annoying after day 2. Great for short term stays of a few days and not ideal for longer periods of more than a week.

Do not recommend!

They called as hotel… The entrance was on trashyard of the pub downstairs. Very noisy room and no services. With same price we could have better hotel in better location and services elswhere! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Great Room... getting in, not so!

The room was excellent, however, the entry code to get into the property and then into the room took at least 5/6 attempts every time... not ideal and VERY frustrating!!!!
