Pros: good location, reasonable walk to tourist sites, grocery store across the street, room was spacious and had good kitchen setup. Cons: cannot drop off bags before checkin, no air conditioning, walls/ceiling very scuffed with many black marks and huge cobwebs.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding our recent stay at your hotel in Frankfurt. Overall, we truly enjoyed our visit and found the hotel to be beautiful and unique. One of our favorite features was our room's loft with the curved staircase, which gave the room a great deal of character and made our stay feel special. Unfortunately, our night's sleep was significantly affected by the condition of the bed. Throughout the night, the mattress noticeably sank and leaned to one side, making it very uncomfortable and resulting in very little sleep. The following morning, we took a closer look and discovered that the bed frame was completely broken. Based on its condition, it appeared that the damage had been present for some time rather than being a new issue. I have attached several photographs that show the condition of the bed for your reference. We wanted to bring this to your attention so the issue can be addressed for future guests.

The accommodation looks good, minor damages on furniture and walls. The bathroom was very pleasant, good shower. The room was clean and tidy. Girl at the reception was helpful and friendly. Overal a very pleasant experience, if I’m in the city again I will stay here again!

The staff was very helpful and accommodating when I asked for help. I was unable to check in very well on the first night but that was due to me not being able to call and having limited service. Overall it was a nice stay and the room was great

Close to everything, on the River Main, and Clean

This 2 level room was as pictured, clean and comfortable beds. You just push a button outside to get in and they were there to do that and a person was there to check us out. There was no AC but the window opened to the street and there were no bugs. However, this is not the properties fault but it was a busy night with lots of city noises with police, people yelling about, etc so it is a noisy area with the window open. But close to everything, right off the river Main, spacious, clean and comfortable and a good value for the price.

Dirty, hot and noisy

The best thing about this hotel was the friendly lady on reception when we arrived. I chose this hotel because of its location and parking. Location is good but there was no parking available when we got there (I was unaware of a required reservation) We were lucky and got a park close by. The room was hot and we had to have the windows closed due to the street noise and the overly friendly pigeons. There were two fans - one didn’t work. The shower was nice but I had to use the nozzle to clean off something on the tiles that I didn’t want to look too closely at. We stayed one of our two booked nights and chose to leave … especially when I realized the scuffed walls were dirty with what looked like an old sneeze on part of our wall. This is the first hotel I’ve ever left and obviously I do not recommend it.

My key didn't come out of the key box. I got an extra key and went into the room, there was another guest in the room. The guest called the hotel staff and left the room. I asked several times to clean the room for 3 days, but the staff said cleaning staff left work early, so they didn't clean the room even once, and they didn't give me a new towel. When I asked for a towel, they only gave me 2 towels for the floor of the shower room that we didn't need. I asked for a meeting with the boss, but he said he couldn't talk because he was traveling to Nepal. I will never use this hotel again.

Great location & view, with limited staff presence

We really liked our "duplex" room for 4 adults at this downtown Frankfurt Trip Inn property on the river and a 15-minute walk to Roemerberg and the Altstadt. The small square-footage was made up for by the lofted 2nd bedroom (with its own TV) and wonderful, tiny balcony that overlooked the river. Although it got warm in the room as it was summertime and we found no way to control the room's temperature, we did have 2 fans in the room (but 1 not working). Be sure to arrive during the hours when the small front desk area is staffed, otherwise you need to make arrangements in advance as far as how to pick up your room key. There was quite a bit of street noise--and we needed the windows open--particularly police and ambulance sirens. Drop off by taxi/Uber or rental car is made challenging due to the bike lane out front and the bikers come racing around the corner! Do not expect breakfast, concierge service, or 24-hour security presence as this is a limited service hotel, but the price, location, and condition of the rooms makes it well worth it.

Yikes! I will start with the place being dirty. We had to go to Aldi across the street to get cleaning supplies so we could make the place comfortable. We found a dirty sock (not ours). The listing isn't truthful as we stayed in the duplex which says 1 king and 1 queen bed. The "queen" was an Ikea fold down couch, very uncomfortable by the way. I would have been ok with this if I purchased the family room which states 1 king and 1 sofa bed. Lastly, this area is extremely noisy with police sirens and party boats. You can't just shut the door because it's terribly hot inside the room. Almost unbearable. The listing also states parking available, but when we arrived and spoke to someone on the phone (no one to greet you by the way) I was told there wasn't any parking. Ok, now the plus, the view off the balcony was nice.

Nobody at the réception. And when you call them, either they don’t answer or you have to wait almost one hour before somebody comes. The room was so dirty! When we walked barefoot, our feet’s were black from the dirt! In one of the drawer, there was a liquid (?). The curtains were yellow from the dirt! We had a non smoking room but there was a huge smell of cold cigarette! It was a 4 person room, but there was only one spoon, 2 chairs, 2 knives, one mug and barely no kitchen equipment. In the water kettle, there was some black stains in the bottom of it! It’s a shame for this price!
