We enjoyed staying in this apartment. It is on the 15th floor and has a great sea view. It is very comfortable and has everything you need. Walking distance to the sea. Easy access parking in the building. Supermarkets close by. Clean. For us it was the ideal place to stay in order to relax in between our busy visits to various parts of Israel. Just be aware that as in many other places in Israel there are construction works going on here as well. That was no issue to us, we slept very well with the windows shut. The apartment is well above the works.
Unfortunately we didn't have time to read the books written by the owner. Maybe next time ;-)
