We had two wonderful weeks with our dog. The hostess is already waiting for you upon arrival. Just in case you haven't had time to do your grocery shopping yet, there's already everything you need to make breakfast or pasta. Fresh vegetables from her garden are also ready for you. The cottage is authentically furnished and equipped with air conditioning, which was definitely needed. It's wonderfully peaceful, and the pool is cleaned every morning. The whole family is incredibly friendly, and the cottage was fantastic. In short, a very successful holiday, highly recommended!

Prima, gezellig, om niet te vergeten. Alles in het huisje was aanwezig. Er lag zelfs een witte Chanti i de koelkast. En een geweldige gastvrouw.

We zijn hier in augustus geweest. Prachtige Agriturismo in een hele mooie omgeving. Luca en Ana waren heel aardig en behulpzaam.

Our family of 6 (4 adults - 2 teenagers) had a fantastic journey in this nice villa in the Tuscan hills, close to Florence (30 minutes drive by car). The villa is fully equipped, the garden is well maintained, the pool is extraordinary and the views are spectacular. Lucia and her family welcomed us at our arrival, and the communication went smoothly. The perfect location to visit the area, like Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, Pisa and the sea side. I highly recommend this property.

De villa is een fantastische en zeer ruime vakantiewoning, die van alle comfort is voorzien. Mooi gelegen met een groot en schitterend terras dat uitzicht biedt op het Toscaanse landschap. De beheerders Beatrice en Jacopo bieden uitstekende service en staan onmiddellijk klaar om hulp te bieden waar nodig.

The villa and the surrounding view are absolutely amazing. The pool was very welcome and larger than usual, perfect for the very warm days. Space is not an issue here with plenty living room inside and a number of seating areas outside. The owner has put in a new pool since the pictures were made and added an inside dining area as well as an outside shaded patio to lounge. The property is at the end of a dirt road, and allows for pretty views into a valley. It was a little cooler, we could have made hikes in the hills. It is very peaceful and quiet. We were welcomed with a large cake for breakfast. The owner's cottage is also on the property, but there is plenty of space and it is not always occupied. It is obvious that the owner spent a lot of time creating this beautiful surroundings, with lemon shrubs in pretty terra cotta planters, comfortable furniture - all matching and a well equipped kitchen. It would be easy to prepare dinners for a large group. As the temperatures rose above the 38degrees, the house stayed relatively cool, but the bedrooms did become warm. Inevitable when there is a heat wave and the temperatures don't drop during the night. Fans helped to some extent. We had to pay cleaning and electricity fees separately at the property. The village of San Casciano is about a 10min drive (first the dirt road is a little bumpy but it is not too long) and Florence is about half an hour. There are many restaurants close by and places to explore, but with the heat we skipped some things. The house was very clean and the grounds and pool were well kept.

Een ongelofelijk mooie plek voor een verblijf in Florence, met alles wat het te bieden heeft op loopafstand. Daarnaast is Luca een fijne kerel, daar heb je wel 87 treden voor over.

Wat een goede keuze is dit appartement! Alles wat in de beschrijving staat klopt! Middenin het centrum, alles op loopafstand, maar toch rustig gelegen. Een superuitzicht op de Dom; dat betekent wel veel traptreden lopen, dus niet geschikt voor mensen, die slecht ter been zijn. Het appartement was superschoon en Guido was zeer gastvrij; we konden onze bagage al eerder dan 14.30 uur neerzetten en op de dag van vertrek onze bagage nog langer laten staan. Goede bedden, gezellig zitje in de keuken om te ontbijten en elke kamer gezellig ingericht; je voelt je er thuis! Heel veel leuke restaurantjes en natuurlijk ijstentjes met heerlijk ijs om de hoek! Als tip hebben we Guido mee gegeven om een prullenbak in de badkamer neer te zetten, maar verder was alles perfect.
