This is a beautifully restored farmhouse, and unlike many rentals, this felt like (and clearly is) a real house. The owners left a lot of helpful information about nearby restaurants and things to do in the area, but frankly, the house was so nice we mostly stayed there to relax and enjoy the pool and beautiful views over the olive grove and surrounding area. We had a wonderful stay - we only wish we could have stayed longer.

It's a paradise on earth. For those looking for peace and harmony with nature, this is the best place to be.

We have spent 2 weeks with our family on this beautiful spot in the heart of Italy - wild Tuscany, enjoying the great space, the beautiful garden, olive trees, swimming pool, tennis court and various terraces one for each time of the day. We love cooking and dining, the barbecue is great and also the many exclusive restaurants in the region, on walking distance at the neighbors agriturismo, but also the fish restaurants in Porto Stefano. Also a wine tasting is great to experience the culture in this part of Tuscany. The snorkling tours from Porto Ercole are great, we visited spots only reachable by boat, enjoying the beautiful sea world. A special thanks to our hosts Loredana and Maurizio who created this beautiful house and looked after us very well. All double bedrooms with bathroom are equipped well and are airconditioned, which is sometimes necessary for a good sleep, it is quite hot in july august. Arrivederci a Capalbio!

we really enjoyed our holiday in this house. The house is in a beautiful area. In the garden you have a magnificent view and always a shaded spot by the pool. The house is clean and comfortable. The hostess and host are very friendly and helpful.

Zeer rustig en mooi gelegen landhuis. Prachtig zwembad. Prima uitvalsbasis om Zuid Toscane te verkennen zoals Saturnia en Montalcino. Comfortabele terrassen met mooi uitzicht. Het heeft ons aan niets ontbroken. Vriendelijke ontvangst en iedere dag schoonmaak.
