Ons huis is een prachtig en klassiek Ocean City strand huis. Wij bevinden zich op slechts een blok naar het strand en de promenade in het North End. Onze eerste prioriteit is altijd een schoon en comfortabel vakantieverhuur te bieden.

Wij bieden veel extra's om u te helpen uw verblijf te ontspannen en aangenaam! Wij leveren alle linnengoed die u nodig heeft: lakens, dekens, kussens, dekbedden, handdoeken, washandjes, enz. Wij leveren ook toiletpapier, handzeep, papieren handdoeken en keukenbenodigdheden zoals koffie, thee, kruiden, papierartikelen en meer. We proberen onze gasten alleen hun kleren en hun eten te brengen. Laat de rest naar ons toe!

Ons huis is voorzien van airconditioning met ramen en vloeren. Elke slaapkamer heeft een aparte eenheid. We hebben ook plafondventilatoren en staan ​​fans zodat u de oceaanbries kunt genieten als u dat wilt! Voor het strand hebben we strandstoelen, parasol, strandspeelgoed en strandwagon voor u om te gebruiken. Nadat u klaar bent op het strand, geniet van een lekkere, warme douche in onze afgesloten stranddouche. Voor zowel de binnen- als buitendouches leveren we shampoo, conditioner, zeep enz.

We hebben parkeerplaatsen voor twee auto's in de achterkant van ons pand. Gedurende de week is er voldoende parkeergelegenheid beschikbaar op onze straat. We hebben buiten zitplaatsen op onze veranda voor u en uw familie om van het mooie zomerweer te genieten.

Voor entertainment bieden we premium kabeltelevisie (inclusief HBO) met voice-enabled afstandsbediening, draadloze toegang tot internet, Wii-spel en veel bordspellen. Onze keuken is volledig uitgerust met koelkast, vriezer, vaatwasser, magnetron, gasfornuis, broodrooster, blender, koffiezetapparaat en Keurig machine. In onze eettafel zit 12 personen en bieden we een kinderstoel en boosterstoel. We hebben ook pack en speelt bij het huis, samen met een bouncy stoel en vloer gym.
Als er iets is wat u zoekt en niet ziet, vraag het gewoon! We kunnen het hebben en zullen zo graag mogelijk bieden.

6 strandlabels zijn inbegrepen (alleen vereist voor diegenen 12 en ouder). Honden toegestaan ​​MET toestemming. Geen andere dieren zijn toegestaan.

Als u meer gasten wilt slapen, vraag dan ook om onze lagere eenheid toe te voegen.

Awesome Beachhouse
This place is the best of 19 years in OCNJ. Parked cars and we could walk everywhere. Very clean and great communication with owners. Our family chooses to eat in thus the house was fully equipped with everything we needed. We’ve booked it for next year.

Family Reunion
Returning to NJ with my kids and grandkids was a blast thanks to this house and our fantastic host, Theresa. 7adults, 4 teens and a toddler had plenty of room in this well equipped home. The six beach tags, chairs and umbrellas for the beach and of course provided sheets and towels was instrumental in great beach days only 1 1/2 blocks away!

Beach Time Gem
This beach property checks all the boxes for staying at the beach with family and dogs. It’s truly a wonderful house for relaxing, playing, cooking and hitting the boardwalk and beach. The thoughtful hosts have provided every amenity one might need for our stay and provided us with an A+ experience. They were very kind and prompt to respond to every query. We hope to return sometime in the future.

This was our first time staying here and it was more than expected. We have rented in OC for over 15 years and needed a change and I am glad I came across this gem last year. Everything you need!
Great place, five minute walk to the beach and boardwalk! Literally just need to bring yourself, your clothes and groceries. Tons of linens, toiletries, paper products and beach equipment. Owner was super and very responsive. Loved that the ice cream Shop was out our back door. Would definitely stay again 😃

Great family vacation
Great location -- close to the beach & boardwalk, a nice coffee shop, ice cream shop, and restaurant (The Island Grill). The property has a nice front porch with gate (to keep pets from escaping) which we really enjoyed. Kitchen was well equipped. It is also a close drive away from a dog beach.

Fabulous location
We loved our week in ocean city. The property was great and the location superb. It was wonderful to be able to walk to the boardwalk and the beach. We enjoyed being able to hang out on the porch and inside. There were plenty of seats. Since our son was flying in from Texas, having the pack-and-play made it so much easier. Charming Beach House - Great LOCATION
Charming vintage beach house with renovated kitchen and new power room was perfect for us (5 adults 8 kids). 1 block from the beach and boards made walking everywhere easy with 8 kids under 7. Front porch with gate made hanging out with our pup easy too. We loved having linens and bedding supplied!! Overall a great experience. Owners,Teresa and James were great. The house was great for a weeklong stay with 8 adults and 3 little kids. There was plenty of sleeping space for all of us and we could spread out throughout the living room, dining room, and on the porches. It was great not having to worry about bringing linens as they were supplied with the house. Most importantly, there were plenty of beach type items for us to use - chairs, umbrellas, toys, and a cart. Overall a great place to stay.

Great place for Family Getaway
We had a great week in OCNJ. Place was as advertised (location, amenities, new kitchen, spacious rooms are just a few to name). The best part was that we only had to bring clothes and food, all other amenities were provided (linens, towels, beach stuff, toiletries, coffee, etc.). Makes packing and decisions on what and how much to bring so easy with a big family! Owners were easy to work with and very understanding!

Fabulous Getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our week at in OCNJ. JD and Theresa were fantastic hosts and the property was more than advertised. They have a beautiful home that was comfortable for 10 of us and 2 dogs. It's a close walk to the beach, ac in every room, and it was such a treat not to have to haul sheets and towels. They even provided tp, paper towels, coffee, shampoo, and so much more. The place was spotless when we arrived and very clean. The new kitchen is wonderful. As our first trip away from home since COVID, this was just what our family needed to relax and feel comfortable. We will definitely rent this house again.

My husband and I have vacationed in Ocean City since childhood. My husband's family rented a couple of streets over on Brighton Place, so when we saw this property on the market, we knew it was 'the one!'

We have three children, so we try to supply and stock the home with everything a family needs. We also have a dog, Cannoli, so we also understand how important the furry members of your family are!

We love the North End location. Our street is quiet but still near everything. We loved that we had the offstreet parking and that this property had two units so we also had an opportunity to use our vacation home and provide on-site care for our property.
