Ligt in een bosrijke omgeving in een privé afgelegen 10 hectare verdaagd naar Township 100 Acres onroerend goed. Deze grote, onberispelijke, vijf slaapkamers, drie en een half bad, centrale airconditioning hedendaagse biedt privacy en gemak voor maximaal 19 gasten. Glazen schuifdeuren open voor een dek hoog boven de woning geeft u toegang tot een houten dek. Dit land get-away heeft 2 open haarden, top van de lijn apparaten, nieuwe wasmachine en droger, en veel ramen aan het geweldige uitzicht te genieten. Geniet van het kijken Wild Life, zult u wilde kalkoenen te vinden, Dears een bezoek aan de woning meestal in de ochtend.

Dit is een all-season vakantiehuis. Winter skiers zal terugkeren van de pistes en de kick back ontspannen rond open haard in de grote zaal. Lente, zomer, herfst en de gasten zullen genieten van hun 's ochtends koffie of' s avonds barbecues op het grote dek. De keuken is volledig uitgerust met een bereik, magnetron, koelkast, potten, pannen, borden, bestek, en nog veel meer. Slechts enkele minuten van raften, staat parken, goede restaurants, bowling, outlet shopping, gokken en nog veel meer, grote skigebieden.

Deze plek heeft het allemaal --- uitstekende locatie voor alles wat leuk dat de Poconos te bieden heeft !!! Er zijn zo veel activiteiten binnen een korte 20 tot 30 minuten rijden met inbegrip van de Pocono Raceway, Shawnee Water Park, Kalahari waterparken, Resorts & Conventions, Camelbeach water park, wandel-en fietspaden, paardrijden, raften, kanoën, paint ball (10 minuten afstand), ATV paardrijden, golfen, go-carts, sneeuwscooter en slee rijden, een kinderbad dierentuin gokken, en nog veel meer. Slechts 20 minuten afstand vindt u onbeperkt outlet vinden winkelen bij The Crossings. Het pand slechts enkele minuten van vier grote skigebieden bieden niet alleen skiën, maar snowtubing. Binnen tien minuten rijden heb je Big Boulder en Jack Frost. Blue Mountain en Camelback zijn slechts 15 minuten afstand.

U krijgt volledige toegang tot alle voorzieningen beschikbaar binnen het pand. De voorzieningen zijn onder andere: een eigen bos, zwembad, zip voering, trampoline, ping pong tafel, air hockey, tafelvoetbal tafel, kleine ski / schuift slop, sauna en stoombad.

We had an amazing stay! The home was spotless, very comfortable, and looked just like the photos. Check-in was super easy with the keypad, and the host replied very fast. Beautiful deck and pool area and the hot tub was amazing. Lots for the kids to do too both outdoor and in the game room. We would love to stay here again!

The house had a lot of animal hair. It felt congested and the attic entrance through the bathroom was quite weird. The pool was definitely nice and well maintained. The house was overpriced for sure. The price didn’t justify the set up and the cleanliness of the property.

Beautiful stay

Great place lots to do! Very reasonable price for the amount offered which is a huge bonus. The land is beautiful. The ducks were really cute! Very serene place. We had a big family of ten adults and did not feel on top of each other at all it was great. Pool so gorgeous and perfect. Host was always in communication when needed response time was excellent.

Thanksgiving vacation

Excellent vacation home. The location, sauna, hot tub, very roomy house, pool table table, foosball and lots of TVs. Very clean and a kitchen stocked with everything needed for a turkey dinner. Host Igor communication was also awesome. Thank you Igor.

We had a wonderful family gathering at Igor's. The toddlers had so much fun exploring the property (ducks! pond!) and couldn't get enough of the playground up the hill. Pool was great. Kitchen had your basic needs. Sauna was the best touch. There was a family of deer that seemed to visit us every morning- super cute. Host responds quickly and is flexible (we added laundry amenity during our stay)We would definitely come again!

You bad mouth house because you been caught on violating agreement of occupancy. You confirmed twice that you'll have a party of 18 people in reality you have over 30 people at the property.

Secluded Oasis!

We had a group of 16 folks stay at the VRBO property and it was wonderful! The beds were comfortable, the house was super clean, the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, plates, and more, the 2.5 bathrooms were the right number for our larger group, and we never felt too crowded in the house. The outdoor space was amazing (it rained most of our trip, but if the weather was better we would have had a blast out in the yard and woods!). The dogs really loved it too. The fire pit was even pre-loaded with wood and kindling for a bonfire! The hot tub, the sauna, the game room, and the large open dining room + living room area were perfect for creating smaller hangout areas that folks cycled through so it never felt too crowded. Internet was fast, so I could see coming back for a remote work "vacation" too! Especially if I got to wake up with the chickens and ducks every morning. Such a fun stay!

The house needs improvement

We appreciate the responsiveness of the homeowner during our stay, especially during an unexpected snowstorm and the overall cleanliness of the property. But we were disappointed with a few of things regarding the house. There were flies and dead bugs in the attic. They were swarming inside the light fixtures and all over the floor. None of our guests were able to sleep there. The mattress, pillows and blankets were dusty and had many stains on them. That displeased many of the guests. Some of the guests were also displeased with no available hand soap, inadequate toilet paper, and lack of hand towels. Even though the host mentioned that those are our responsibility, these are essentials we'd expect to be commonly provided. Overall, the house was as featured in the pictures, but many improvements can and should be made to better accommodate guests.

Amazing place! So much to do.

We booked last minute for a long, Pocono ski weekend and were pleasantly surprised at how cool this place was. Lots of land to enjoy, including chickens and roosters, a pool, a picnic area, a volleyball net, a HOT TUB, so much! And the inside was nicely appointed. Plenty of kitchen supplies, lots of beds and the attic suite is great for 4 or more who don't mind sleeping in the same room. Be aware you walk through the master to get to the attic which was not a big deal for us. And for indoor fun, a pool table and foosball in the basement. Great house!

Country Stay

This property and home was a great choice for us, as we have a large family of 9. The space was excellent. The only downfall was... the house is very much out of date, it literally seemed as if people live there and they left for the weekend, so we could stay. It was not very clean. We had to wash the comforter on the bed, it was dirty. Black comforter, with white spots on the inside of the comforter-- Also, it was VERY bothersome that there are so many cameras, pointed directly into the house too, and some even pointing directly at the hot tub. Not appropriate at all.

Please note Properties on short terms sites its an individually owned vacational homes, in this particular house there is only few locked closets that may give you impression that home is use by owners. Taking to consideration this is your first time booking on VRBO that's explain your concern. In regards to cameras: Cameras outside only its disclosed on VRBO portal and its for security and liability purposes. None of the cameras facing the house. Great country get away

Our stay was wonderful. I had a group of 7 friends enjoy a long weekend at the property. Things are in great order and Igor was very responsive to my needs and questions. Great spot for a low-key trip with close friends. Plenty of nearby stores for drinks, food, and supplies. Property is very secluded and great if you know you want peace (or that your group may make a bit of noise). Not mentioned in the listing but this would be a decent place to bring a dog (extra charge/deposit I believe). The back deck is gated so pups can be off leash and not roam too far.

Perfect weekend getaway house in the Poconos. The house is well kept and full of great amenities, but the secluded location on acres of land was by far our favorite feature. 10/10

Amazing time!

Had an incredible time here. Igor provided us with anything we needed even taking calls at 10PM about a light switch. The home was fun, peaceful and quiet. A lot of entertainment and it fit 11 of us with room to spare! Definitely going back again!

You'll find here beauties of the nature: whispering of stream, butterfly matching flowers, mushrooms, aged oak and pine trees. Dears, Turkeys, Eagles, Squirrels are regular guests at the property. Don't forget to bring a corn to feed them!
