Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, from the cleanliness of the property to the incredible beachfront location and outstanding host. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. We would absolutely love to return!

AMAZING! Love this place.

This was an absolute pleasure and amazing trip. Condo was clean and Pam was an amazing host. Centrally located to a lot of restaurants and shops, beach access was a breeze. Will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to PCB.

Condo was wonderful. 6th floor balcony view was fantastic. We saw dolphins every day. Had a small issue with the door lock losing Wi-Fi. Pam responded within minutes. Would definitely rent this exact condo again.

Great Condo

We loved the room and the Majestic overall. The condo was very clean and nice. The view from the balcony is awesome. The bed is very comfortable. We have found our forever home away from home.

Great location. Beautiful view

Great location and nice place. It was easy to check in and check out. Had everything I needed and I’m glad I got one with a full kitchen. My son is a picky eating so I have to cook for him. Other than the issue we had to deal with at the beach. ( not the place fault - just crazy people trying to ruin everything ) we had a wonderful time. And I would stay here again.

The comfort of bed and cleanliness of room

The bed was so hard which made my back hurt and the top two covers where dirty one sheet looked like it had a pee stain the spread was also dirty it had two stains that looked like mud stains I was surprised cause I have stay there before and it was very clean beside that everything else was ok

Everything was nice. The only reason I am not giving an overall rating of five stars is due to the location of the room being so close to the elevator. The elevator runs almost nonstop and can be heard inside the condo.

Location is great, view is great, check-in is great. The downsides to the property are more along the lines of cleanliness and condition of the unit. The pull-out sofa was in such bad shape, we had to purchase an air mattress for our trip. Since there were no extra blankets/covers, we also had to purchase those. The floors were not clean to the point that when you would leave the shower to walk to the kitchen, your feet would be black. We also found what appeared to be rat feces on the roll of paper towels in the kitchen. We reached out to the property owner to ask about extra blankets or sheets, and was told to check the ottoman (which was empty) or turn the thermostat down. If you’re just looking for a place to stay beachfront, it would suffice if you have a group of 3 or less. I’ve stayed in PCB for almost 40 years and have stayed in a lot of condos/hotels, and this was probably the most inconvenient and unclean. The rest of the property is nice, but it is quite a walk from the parking deck to the actual condo, which makes loading/unloading a bit of a hassle. The condo itself could be an excellent place to stay, as long as attention and care is given to these details.

Oh my, that is not what I was expecting for a review. The guest reached out asking for more blankets, and I suggested checking the ottoman as there is sometimes extra in there. I also mentioned if they wanted to, they have control over the temperature and where the thermostat is located. Some guests don’t realize we let them choose the comfort zone. I’m sorry to hear the stay was not what was expected. We certainly strive to provide a great place for guests as shown by other reviews.
