Ā Ā THE HOUSE BANANA AND ITS SPACEĀ Ā The area is ideal for the little ones in the house to enjoy the accommodation, the surroundings and the outdoors with complete freedom!
It is a residential area very quiet, not very busy, and there is not much traffic.
The house has aĀ cool area insideĀ the house where you can entertain, draw, make a puzzle, as well as aĀ private garden and a play area at the entrance of the houseĀ where the owners installed a basketball basket to enjoy even more the summer evenings.
The house isĀ very comfortable,Ā as it is distributed overĀ two floorsĀ and on the upper floor we only find bedrooms.Ā Ā Ā GROUND FLOORĀ Ā On theĀ first floor,Ā we access it from the street and find theĀ entrance hall, the stairs that go up to the top floor, a room with a private bathroom, and then we have the bright living room and dining room, along with access to the kitchen and courtyard of the house.
This distribution allows us to have the first floor at a single height and helps us to make the property accessible to everyone.
It has a large covered terrace and areas to enjoy the sun or shade.Fantastic sea and mountain views.

We consider that it isĀ essential to come with your transport, but it is not a problem because BANANA CHILL OUT hasĀ 4 private parking spacesĀ next to the property, within the residential area.
Ā Ā SERVICESĀ Ā BANANA is exclusive to its guests.The house has the capacity to accommodate 8 guests but there can be a maximum of 6 adults.
Ā Ā ACCESS AND PARKINGĀ Ā The entrance door is shared with the community of neighbours.Ā Guests can enter and park vehicles on the property.It is not allowed to park the vehicle on the road, must always allow the circulation of vehicles.Ā There are two parking spaces, one on each side of the house, you can park up to 4 vehicles (depending on size).
Ā Ā ENTRANCEĀ Ā You can enjoy this space that is only used by residents of the community.Ā There is room to run and play and there is a basketball hoop.
Ā Ā THE PORCH AND GARDENĀ Ā The garden and dining areas must be respected.These spaces are not shared but must be preserved.The chill-out pillows must be stored inside after use.
Ā Ā THE POOLĀ Ā There are a couple of steps to access.Ā It has a staircase to facilitate entry and exit.Ā It is private but the rest hours of the neighbours, the bathing suit and use of the pool must be respected.Included services:Bed linen, bath towels, shampoo, gel, initial kitchen kit.

One of the largest fishing ports in CataloniaĀ is a 5-minute drive away. Overall, we recommend it to all our guestsĀ to enjoy some good fresh seafood!
Also, you can go to anyĀ bar on the beach (our famous XIRI, as we say colloquially)Ā to try a real paella or have something accompanied by some tapas.
We will recommendĀ some of the good restaurants in the area and we also will tell you where you can rent jet skis or paddleboards.

Once in the centre of the village, you can move on foot, by taxi or by train, using the bus or you can travel by combining them.

-TAXIS: There is a regular TAXIS service.Services must be booked in advance.-BUS: Day and night services. Connection with the train station, other towns in the Maresme and the city of Barcelona.-TRAIN: The nearest train station is ARENYS DE MAR.The route to PlaƧa Catalunya lasts between 50 and 55 minutes.

Ā Ā HOUSE RULESĀ Ā
- It is not rented to groups under 25 years.
- The Rental Agreement of the property for Tourist Season will be accepted when booking and will be signed prior to the delivery of the keys.
- Acceptance of the deposit. This will be done upon arrival by pre-authorization with a credit card.
Ā - All the people on the reservation must identify themselves by showing their identity documents. They will be asked before and during the welcome.
Ā - During their stay, minors must always be supervised by an adult, they are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians.
- Garbage must also be removed from the accommodation periodically to avoid odours and dirt.
- Among all, we have to respect and preserve the resources we have, please, avoid waste and negligent use of resources.
The waste, abusive consumption or negligent use of electricity, water and gas. It is not included and can be deducted from the deposit.
Ā Ā IT'S NOT ALLOWEDĀ Ā
- Host or invite more people than those registered in the reservation form.
Ā - Perform noisy activities (music, loud conversations...) from 9:00 p.m. and before 09:00 a.m. It is very important to respect the rest of our neighbors.
Ā - Organize events, parties, bachelor parties, as well as any inappropriate behavior.
Ā - Use bath towels for the beach or pool. The return of these in poor condition will incur an additional cost.
- Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the house; if they wish, they can smoke in the exterior spaces of the property. In this case, use ashtrays and respect the garden areas, terraces, and/or balconies.
- Groups of students are not allowed.
- No pets allowed.- It is not allowed to charge electric cars using the house power
