This location was perfect, wonderful quiet neighborhood to walk or bike. We were able to walk to lots of shops and restaurants. Our host was very quick to respond to any questions. Parking was easy. The house had everything we needed.

Incredibly beautiful historic house, beautifully decorated with extensive space.. peaceful neighborhood…yet close to everything. Kitchen is fully stocked and beautiful.. bathrooms are beautiful. Even better than the pictures show it to be. Highly recommended.

What a great house. We had 2 families in the home but there was enough room for us all to be together on the main floor while also having enough privacy on the other floors. A 15 minute walk to Pearl Street, and ability to walk along lovely homes and nice neighborhood. I would recommend this house whole heartedly.

Prompt and easy communication with Host. House is so convenient to walk to Pearl for restaurants, etc. very clean and well stocked. It worked well for our family and we will definitely stay again.

The house is exactly as described. All rooms were furnished very well and the overall layout is very conducive to both group activities but also provides some space for individual retreat when/if needed. Easy walk to downtown Boulder and even outlying grocery stores. Overall, our group of six adults truly enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic home in a great location

This home is even better in person, very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and there is ample areas to relax and spread out. The ability to walk to Pearl Street makes it a win win for all.

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend!The house was spotless, well-appointed, and extremely comfortable. The beds were excellent, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax. It’s located just a short walk from great dining and shopping options—super convenient! Communication with the host was outstanding—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

Vintage Beauty on Beautiful Street

My family and I rented this home for our family reunion and we could not have been happier with the accommodations. The house is both beautiful and extremely comfortable. The location is also wonderful! We walked to church and shopping while having driving access to the best restaurants in Boulder. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Our Time in Boulder

We loved this quaint house which was walking distance to downtown Boulder. It was a perfect place for five retired teachers to hang out. With four bedrooms and three and a half baths, there was plenty of room. Everything was user friendly and the host provided excellent instructions and sightseeing tips.

Football Weekend

We stayed at this wonderful house with 3 couples to watch a game at the University of Colorado. The house was spacious, plenty of room for everyone to sleep. The hosts were great communicators. The location is perfect for walking to Pearl Street. The neighborhood is beautiful with all of the historic homes. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a fantastic house!

My family booked this wonderful house for 5 nights. We cooked 4 of the evenings. The kitchen has everything, including spices and oil, which was so nice. The location is perfect, 2 blocks from Pearl Street. The beds were very comfortable and the big family table hosted many evenings of games. Would rent this beautiful house again!

Didn’t want to leave

This house, yard and neighborhood fit our family perfectly -room to spread out and then gather together. My granddaughter loved picking the ripe raspberries, enjoyable family walks, great yard for our 2 dogs and fun kitchen for us all to cook in- simply perfect.

Perfect Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. Excellent home, excellent location. Could not have been more perfect. We were a combined group, visiting our students at CU Boulder for Family Weekend. We hosted a BBQ in the backyard on Friday night. We did lots of walks together including several easy strolls to Pearl street. You will not be disappointed if you stay here!

Very comfortable and great location

The House was clean and comfortable and more than we could have hoped for, plenty of bath towels and kitchen was stocked very well with any dishes, pots, or cooking utensil u could imagine. The location was great so u can walk to everything & the host was very responsive to any questions during our stay. The home and boulder is very dog friendly, the pups sure enjoyed the fenced backyard! If we could have, we would have loved to stay another week!!!

Thanks so much Patti! Just to clarify for future guests, we welcome non-shedding/hypoallergenic dogs but due to allergies we unfortunately cannot host dogs that shed.

Excellent housing and host

Multiple generations relaxed in this spacious home. Ready access to hiking or shopping. Clean,quiet and well maintained. Easy walk to restaurants. Meals at the house were enjoyable. Parking in front of home. Well kept neighborhood.

Beautiful comfortable older home

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The home has great character and many areas for sitting and relaxing inside and out. Its location was excellent, an easy walk or drive to downtown Boulder for coffee or food. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and more. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The only hitch was there is no air conditioner, and the swamp cooler was not working sufficiently to deal with the 90 degree days.

Thanks for your stay. Due to past issues with cooling, we replaced the old system with a brand new, whole house air conditioning system that allows the bedrooms and main floor to be cooled to individual preference, so keeping the house cool is no longer an issue.
