Thanks for your great review, I'm sorry to hear you had an issue with the beach service. They are a 3rd party vendor so the resort itself has no real control over them, however their contract is up at the end of this season and it's highly unlikely their contract will be renewed as they have had their issues!! I'm sorry you had the cleaning issues you had, however you fail to mention that I sent the cleaner back as soon as you called to take care of those issues, as well as refunded your cleaning fee.

Thank you for your review. Regarding the hot water heater, it is a fairly new (2 years old) 50 gallon hot water heater that we have not had any complaints on since it was installed, nor since you have departed, so I'm not sure why you had an issue with it. The bed and mattress is brand new, 2 months old, and yes it does have an encasement on it to protect the mattress but we've never had any complaints about it affecting the temperature of the person sleeping. The towels are standard size bath towels from Costco. The lady who came up to your unit on check out morning was our admin who is in charge of checking units after checkouts. It was actually 10:39 am when she got to your unit as tower 4 is the last one she checks, the front door was wide open and all she did was knock and say "housekeeping", you informed her about the smoke detectors and she told you that she would have our maintenance man check it out. The maintenance man did check it out and found no issues with the smoke detectors and the lady who checked in that afternoon and stayed a week never had an issue with them. Regarding checkout instructions, you are incorrect about what we require, we only ask you to strip the sofa bed linens if you used them, load and start the dishwasher (our cleaner will unload and put away) and take out your garbage, we certainly do not expect you to clean the whole unit.
