Wonderful, right in the middle of everything. Place was clean with a great view. There was a seal hanging out right below the deck. Sadly, no Bigfoot sightings

This is a beautiful location overlooking the river! Very clean and comfortable. It's located in the heart of old Town Florence Oregon with shopping and restaurants right out the door! The host replied back very quickly. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Florence Oregon!

I cannot rave enough about this one. By far the nicest stay I’ve had all year. We loved the views. The ease of getting a meal. The balcony is a gem. Highly recommend for an anniversary getaway.

Surprisingly spacious apartment with all the amenities. Great location for visiting state parks on101. (You can’t miss Thors Well!) Walking distance to a great coffee shop and a variety of restaurants. The deck overlooking the river is another great feature. Very friendly place and we’re glad we stopped in Florence on our way south.

This was the second time we stayed at the Tides. The property is fabulous- 2 king beds and 2 baths is perfect for two couples. The deck overlooking the river is just stunning. Tammy has the place completely outfitted for a couple days to an extended stay. When we go to Florence, we will always stay here!Thanks so much Tammy!!

Can't count the number of times spent at either the Tides or Dunes property.Either is wonderful, right on Main Street with large picture windows overlooking the Siuslaw River. Can only describe as peaceful and lovely. Well-appointed. Plenty of coffee provided.

This apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Old Town. The view of the river from the balcony is beautiful. The amenities are great, and the two bedrooms are situated at opposite ends of the apartment, with a nice shared living space.
