Nogal een geweldig pand met uitzicht op de hoofdvork van de rivier de Kaweah die slechts 1/2 mijl van de ingang van het Sequoia National Park ligt. De woning is prachtig vormgegeven met alle moderne meubels. De unieke dwarsbalk in het midden opent het huis echt, zodat het zo open en luchtig aanvoelt. Het detail en ontwerp dat in dit huis is verwerkt, maakt het zeer uitnodigend en ontspannend - om er maar een paar te noemen is de unieke staldeur en het wagenwiel. De uitzichten zijn geweldig zittend op het privéterras met uitzicht op de rivier de Kaweah. In dit huis wordt u wakker met een prachtig uitzicht op de rivier de Kaweah, vanuit de slaapkamerramen. Er zijn geen huizen aan de andere kant van de rivier, dus het voelt erg privé en afgelegen.
Het huis heeft 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. De grote slaapkamer heeft 2 queensize bedden. De 2e slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed en de 3e slaapkamer heeft een op maat gemaakt twin XL-formaat stapelbed (de twee aparte bedden zijn XL-formaat bij 80 inch lang). Er is ook een extra futonbank. De keuken heeft alle roestvrijstalen apparaten. De eettafel biedt zes stoelen, maar voor het geval dat niet genoeg is, staan er vier barkrukken bij het aanrecht. De keuken is gevuld met alles wat u nodig heeft om een gastronomische maaltijd te bereiden. De woonkamer is erg groot met elegante eigentijdse banken en accentstoelen. Zittend in de woonkamer met uitzicht op de rivier de Kaweah, kunt u genieten van een 60 "4K LED-tv. De woning heeft WIFI, DVD-speler en Satelite Direct TV. De hoofdslaapkamer heeft ook een eigen tv, maar beter dan alles op tv is om vanuit het grote hoofdslaapkamer naar het prachtige uitzicht op de rivier te kijken. Oh, had ik al gezegd het terras met uitzicht op de rivier dat een roestvrijstalen BBQ heeft. Het pand heeft geweldig aangepast rotswerk en paden die naar de rivier leiden, waar u kunt vissen of picknicken. De woning heeft centrale AC / Heat. Garage is veranderd in een speelkamer met tafeltennistafel en tafelvoetbal. Dit huis is absoluut geweldig en biedt uw familie en vrienden onvergetelijke herinneringen.

Great location, balcony is excellent for wildlife spotting, we loved Three Rivers town. 45 minute drive to see the giant forest on a winding mountain road! Good WiFi, during our stay the weather was very hot, the sun hits the balcony at about 11:00am. Well stocked but buy your groceries at Visalia, definitely try the frozen yogurt in the town and Keweah coffee roasters and the town museum. The games are in the double garage, enjoyed ping pong and the old video games.

Great location, right near park entrance. Fantastic balcony views for morning coffee or evening BBQ. Nice walking path to rivers edge. Well stocked with most things you need, including some surprises like a ping pong table. We would recommend.

This was a wonderfully relaxing home, and the stream in the back looks even better than pictured. The hosts could not have been more helpful. They did everything they could to make our stay perfect, from before arrival to our last moment there.

The property was very comfortable and had a great view from a spacious deck. The game room in the garage was a huge hit with our grandson. I would recommend this home. The owner was thoughtful, responding to all texts and gave a lot of information.

Older home, but everything was clean and beds were very comfortable. Couldn’t beat the location in Three Rivers near the park entrance!

Better than our expectations

The highlight of our trip to Sequoia National Park was certainly the stay at this home. The communication and tips from the property manager took out all of the unknowns. If you aren't staying inside the park, then they don't get any more convenient than here. I highly recommend.

Perfect Getaway for Girls Trip!

Me and four of my girl friends booked this place for a long weekend to explore Sequoia NP. We ended up spending most of the time in the house because the location was just so lovely!! The host was extremely communicative, texting me up to a month prior to send over restaurant suggestions, activities, etc. during the weekend itself, the host texted me about local events that were happening during our stay, which was above and beyond! The kitchen was fully stocked with any of the pots and pans we needed. I will say that the dishwasher is a little on the older end! We all loved our stay here and would absolutely be back again!! Thank you!!

Great for both Parks

We loved this rental. It is right on the river and has beautiful views and lovely outdoor areas to enjoy. Right outside the Sequoia entrance, and an easy drive to Kings Canyon as well. We actually took a day off from exploring the parks just to enjoy the rental. We would definitely stay here again. I have a 8 and 10 year old who LOVED the garage with all the games and activities.

Great Location

This is a very nice house located very close to Sequoia National Park. The house is clean and has a lot of entertainment options for kids. The owner also provided a lot of helpful information prior to arrival.

Cute property; 1/2 mile from park entrance. Best part was absolutely sitting on the deck enjoying the river. Host reached out early with great information and was very accommodating. We would stay there again.

Was as described. The only thing to complain really is that the AC is totally overwhelmed in 104degree weather and while you go to bed with 86, once at night when it cools down, you start to freeze as then the AC really kicks in. Other than that all fine

Magical river retreat

This rental is amazing and has everything one could hope for during a wknd getaway to the NPs. Only 2 miles to the park entrance - get your hike done in the morning and chill out in your backyard river. There are a few areas for safe entry where you can beat the heat - however, the river fast w rapids abound. Use caution, be responsible and enjoy for magical tranquility of the river.

Great place for families, so close to Sequoia

Cool property right on the river, wonderful to sit out on the deck and hear the river rushing by. We enjoyed staying here, beautiful views! Our teenagers enjoyed going into the river, the ping-pong table and arcade games. It was a great base for treks into Sequoia national Park. Quick car ride to restaurants. Owner was very responsive, provided helpful tips and wanted to make sure that everything was perfect. Stay here or at any of Srey’s other properties. Very well cared for and managed!

Awesome house, great location!

The house had everything we needed to have an amazing vacation. The host is super helpful and responsive, the location is as close as you can get to the Sequoia Park entrance, and the river adds a unique beauty to the property. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely stunning

When we weren’t out and about, we all enjoyed the privacy of the yard and listening to the river. Everyone loved the game area as well! Host was very responsive to messages also.

Great location and views of the river! Loved having an in unit washer/dryer and the rooms were clean. Downside was the furniture was old and somewhat dated. The kitchen appliances have seen better days, especially the coffee pot and toaster. The bathrooms were clean but the master bath shower/tub combo is sorely in need of a good update. Outside furniture and back patio need some updating as well. This was our first trip to the area and it was the location that sold us!

We love traveling to the beautiful Sequoia National Parks so much that we had to have a home in Three Rivers. We are very outdoorsy and adventurous. We like hiking, kayaking, river rafting, hanging out at the lake, exploring nature, etc..., and so Three Rivers was the perfect location to accomplish all these things, and more.
