Great location and a very nice apt.

The apartment is centrally located and had enough room for a family of four to spread out and be comfortable. The apartment itself was very clean and it was a plus to have a washer and dryer for our clothes. The communication was good and if I come back to Florence, I would certainly consider coming back to this apartment. For family it did the job nicely. Mille grazie!

AMAZING LOCATION, CLEAN AND UPDATED

The location was PERFECT. Right off the Piazza Republica...2 blocks from the duomo and near lots of shops, restaurants, and good things! The key is near impossible to open the outside door and we made a game of how long it takes to get in. The unit was on the 3rd floor (4th to Americans) but there is a small elevator that can do the trick. The washer and dryer are one unit which was confusing but after a while we got used to it.

Centralisimo!

This is a beautiful and well appointed apartment that feels spacious and posh. There were three different coffee makers to choose from and three ac units to keep the apartment comfy on hot summer days. Everything is accessible, a wonderful location!

Great location

My husband, 14 yo daughter and I stayed at this apartment and it was centrally located to everything. It was 1.5 small block away from the Doumo and tower. The unit was very spacious and had all the kitchen appliances you need for cooking. Because of the central location, we did hear the outside music playing from one of the piazzas and the early garbage collection. That was the only set back. The air-conditioning worked great especially when there were record heatwave while we were in town. It was a short walking distance to the Santa Maria Novella train station and, close to the supermarket. Lorenzo who checked us in was very nice but since he was very new, he didn't have all the answers to our questions on the unit. The location of this great unit was the selling point. If you don't mind hearing some of the night time noises, this is a great unit. You can always sleep in the living room area as it had a sofa mattress. The bathrooms were spacious, clean, and had spacious shower area.

Heart of Florence

This is a very comfortable and well kept property in the middle of Florence. The photos are as the property actually appears. Short walk to everything you want to visit. We look forward to our next trip to Florence and staying in this same apartment.
