DESCRIPTION OF INTERIORS
Villa Bados 8 has a living area of ​​120 sqm, with a covered terrace complete with a dining table for six people. The house has two garden entrances, one from the living room and one from the kitchen. The living room is spacious and bright, equipped with a TV corner and a wooden dining table with benches. A short corridor connects the living room to the kitchen with a 4-burner stove and oven, fridge with freezer and washing machine. Continuing we meet the sleeping area consisting of a bedroom with double bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower; double bedroom with two single beds; further bedroom with double bed. The second bathroom is located along the corridor near the rooms and has a shower / toilet / sink. All rooms have large fitted wardrobes. Being distant from the water about 150 meters the house takes advantage of the sea breeze present above all in the hottest hours, resulting so cool and ventilated throughout the day. The veranda faces east, towards the beach of Bados and the island of Tavolara. The garden, with numerous trees and shrubs of Mediterranean essences, surrounds the house and is partially shared with a second unit. The driveway inside the gate has enough space to park up to two cars.

INFORMATION ON DESTINATION AND DISTANCES
The villa is located about 9 km from Olbia city reachable in less than 15 minutes, 3 minutes away supermarket, fishmonger, bakery, pizzeria, bars, pharmacy and tobacco bars.
Almost opposite the main gate, on the opposite side of the road, there is the bus stop N4 that leads to the other beaches in the surroundings and to the historic center of Olbia. The races have a frequency of 30 minutes. Bados district consists of individual villas, many of which are inhabited throughout the year. The district enjoys all the main services that are within a short distance and can all be reached on foot with a short walk: kiosks / restaurant on the beach, complex with bakery-fishmonger-bar-hot table, bar-restaurant-pizzeria Costa Sarda less than a kilometer. The nearest supermarket is less than 1 kilometer away. The area and the surrounding beaches are home to numerous kiosks on the beach, where you can relax in the evening sipping a glass of wine or a good cocktail, tasting some typical appetizers. Some good points are the Chiringuito Bar and Restaurant in Bados, Trattoria Rossi's seafood restaurant in Pittulongu, Costa Sarda Bar for a quick lunch with good local cuisine.
