The property is immersed in the quiet and surrounded by only villas, can accommodate up to 6 people, with 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of them en-suite, has a covered parking space, garden, barbecue, covered veranda with panoramic view of the gulf, air conditioning and free wi-fi in common areas. Costa Corallina beach is just 1600 meters away. A few minutes drive away is the Marina of Costa Corallina, a marina with 137 berths, located within the Marine Protected Area of ​​Tavolara and Molara, south of Olbia and within the village of Costa Corallina. INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Access is via a wooden gate that opens onto the garden; on the side of the entrance there is a reserved covered parking space.
Villa Kalè has a large porch with wooden roof, sofas and a dining table, overlooking the emerald bay. From the porch you enter the living room, with newly renovated furniture, dining table, satellite LED TV, air conditioning, sofa corner. The living room windows open up a view of enchantment: Mediterranean vegetation and the gulf facing Tavolara island with its splendid emerald waters; from here you can admire the sun rising behind the large limestone massif. The covered veranda facing the sea is constantly ventilated and allows guests to stay there even during the hottest hours.
To the left of the living room is an area dedicated to the kitchenette equipped with fridge / freezer, oven, dishwasher, stove and espresso coffee machine.
Villa Kalè is furnished with care and the recently modernized style, entirely equipped with chestnut wood ceilings and terracotta floors. The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms with sea view, exit to the veranda and en-suite bathroom with shower; third double bedroom (external dependance) with adjacent bathroom for a total of 6 beds. Among facilities also washing machine and vacuum cleaner.
