Good ocean views. Great room with private balcony. Hotel in nice location. Construction going on, pool closed and no direct beach access due to old hurricane damage was bothersome, but beyond host control and honestly looked to be at several resorts, other than that I would stay again. Thank you for a relaxing getaway

In the end, I enjoyed my stay here quite well. It was very nice to wake up to the ocean every day. This studio is well located within walking distance are some great places: YaYa’s beachside bar, a great spot for the best karaoke & the locals are friendly, Crabby Joe’s is an open eatery -just walk down the beach, Millie’s for 5 star fresh seafood at affordable prices and Zugba Cafe, the best coffee & tea (& try the chicken for lunch). The beach is out the front door & around the corner, close as you please. This property is under exterior reconstruction & that threw me off when I first arrived. While I was there I felt safe. The studio had everything I needed: comfy bed, well appointed kitchen & a relaxing beachside vibe. I recommend. Tina is a very responsive host. I would stay here again.

Thank you for your review. Our building has been under construction since the big hurricanes, almost 3 years ago. As owners it was decided to go ahead and remodel other things that were going to need attention in the future. It has been a long road between being shut down and the on going construction. In my description I try to let guest know that there is no pool and that we are still under construction.Thank goodness we are getting close to finish. We are excited about the updates to the heated pool as well as the lounging area. I hope you can return when complete and enjoy the stay without the construction

I loved the room and the location. The room was very clean! The property is being renovated and the ad didn’t show that. That’s my only real complaint. The room was full of board games, books, and beach gear. Kitchen was fully functional with dishes, utensils, everything really. Shower had excellent pressure and temperature control. The view was AMAZING. The location is perfect for beach access and proximity to dining and just a few minutes off I-95. It’s my new go-to in that area.

Thank you for your stay and the great review. I' I just like to add that the very first sentences of my description states that the building is still under construction. Not sure how that was overlooked"Most of the building has been remolded since the hurricanes but the POOL is NOT open at this time. Construction is still going on". We have been under construction for quite some time. Initially due to the hurricane but it was decided that we would go ahead and remodel, some of the other things on the building as well. So I'd like to invite you back to stay, when our construction is complete. My description will reflect at that time. Again, thank you for your stay

Decent room, bed could be better. It had a keurig, not a drip maker like in pics and description, that was a bummer considering we went shopping upon arrival in town before going to condo due to coming in late and had to go exchange our drip coffee the next day. Also there was/is major construction going on at the condo which was never relayed to us at booking or on vrbo site. Host was great, view is awesome. Stayed at same condo building during last visit so knew the location well.

Attentive / responsive host. Unit was clean and comfortable with nice "Florida" feel. Balcony was great for sunrises in the mornings and listening to the surf at night.

Great location right on the beach. The room was nice and clean. Just like the photos. No surprises like other places I have rented in Daytona. If the room is available next year I will gladly stay here again.

The unit was great for 2 people, had everything we needed and was clean. The best part was the ocean view from the balcony which I loved.But....the building has construction going on all around which was very loud, the pool that was listed was empty and under construction and when we went looking for the laundry room that was listed..there is none. The ad needs to be updated. But all in all a great stay in Daytona Beach Shores

Im sorry you missed it in the listing. I was not aware that there was no washing machine an I will correct . Most of the building has been remolded since the hurricanes but the POOL is NOT open at this time. Construction is still going on. What it does offer is a beautiful sunrise from your PRIVATE balcony. Just steps away from the beach.

Perfect place for a few days away!

Nothing better than being able to watch the sun rise from your room/balcony with a nice cup of coffee- maybe my favorite part of this stay! Clean, comfortable, easy to access, and equipped with what you need for a beach stay. Loved my time here.

Lovely studio in a great area right on the beach. Quiet at night, beautiful during the day, and everything you need including games for the kids.
