This sprawling villa spans a generous 550 square meters across three floors and features six en suite bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Its design harmoniously blends modern aesthetics with traditional materials to seamlessly blend with the surrounding environment. Villa Neptun can accommodate up to 12 guests. Noteworthy amenities include an infinity-edge heated swimming pool, a well-equipped gym, a soothing sauna, and a floating dock with moorings. The villa is equipped with a Thyssen Krupp elevator and even offers a specially designed bedroom for disabled guests. While the villa's main entrance is ground level from the rear, it is situated on the second floor when approached from the front. This level encompasses three distinct bedrooms, each boasting its unique style and private terrace with enchanting views of Sumartin Bay. The master bedroom exudes a Venetian/Romantic charm, with a king-size bed, an en suite bathroom featuring a tropical shower and freestanding bathtub, a separate dressing room complete with a small desk, internet access, USB sockets, and a secure safe. The other two bedrooms feature king-size beds (separable), walk-in dressing rooms, and separate bathrooms with tropical rain showers. The third bedroom offers a spacious shower area and a bench tailored for guests with disabilities.
