Close to town, we parked our car and never started it till heading home. We walked everywhere. Condo was nice and clean. Great view of the mountain from the balcony.

A Great Cozy Space for a Short Stay
This condo unit was nicely decorated with Bears and National Park Signs. You could see the creek and and hear the peaceful rushing water sounds outside the front door. What we best liked about this condo was its location. Most all of the attractions are with in walking distance. We would consider staying here again.

Perfect location
Cute little condo in the perfect Gatlinburg location. Comfortable bed and pillows. This is an older condo but the parking is well lit and the property kept very clean. There is construction going on in the outdoor pool area which can be noisy and dusty during the day, and as a result there currently is no hot tub or outdoor pool, but the indoor pool is the perfect temperature and is a nice substitute. For the price it was a great place to stay.

We had a great time in Gatlinburg. The condo was great. It was decorated as if you were staying in a cabin,not a condo. The location was perfect for walking to downtown and driving to Smoky Mtn

Very happy
Oak Square is our go-to during our winter visits because of the location and indoor pool. It's a quick walk to the strip from here. The unit was incredibly comfortable and very clean. The decor is top-notch and very well done. Our family of three was very happy here. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful weekend in Gatlinburg at the Gaither Family Fest. Condo is very nice- clean, cozy, and comfortable bed. Location is great! We will stay here again!

Quick spring break trip
We have stayed with this owner in 2 properties. The unit looks like a little small log cabin. We love both of them. Easy walk to the main strip, we will stay again.

In all honesty, when we pulled up to the place and I saw the next bldg with clothes and sheets hanging all over (in winter) I was a lil worried. Somehow I thought we booked the cabin adjacent to property, but it was a condo fixed up like a cabin on the INside. Owners did a great job making the most of this cozy space. We walked to so much which was good because finding a Lyft or Uber was tough. Overall a great stay.

The listing advertises a hot tub and wifi. Neither exist at this location. The condo itself is beautiful and great if your looking for just a place to sleep at night. We enjoyed our stay just wish the wifi and the hot tub would of existed as listed

Cute, Clean, and a Little Misleading
First, let me say that we really enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. There is the possibility of a return visit. Pros: It is in a great location. A 3 minute walk to OberGatlinburg. Comfy Bed Clean and Convenient Communication with owner/property manager was quick and easy Cons: The stove did not work well. It took 25+ minutes to brown ground beef. The door lock was quirky. It was hard to get it to lock. The curtains on the sliding door were long and easy to trip over. My daughter and I had a lovely stay. For the price point, this was great. I was a bit bummed because the listing said that it was 0.3 miles to the aquarium. In reality it was closer to 0.8 miles. Not a huge deal, but in a 96 degree heat wave, every little step matters.
