Set over 3 floors, this important house was designed by the famous architect John Wood in 1729, and a friend of Jane Austen (Earl Tylney) once lived here.

Tylney House is the most centrally located holiday let in Bath, yet tucked away on a quiet street near Queen’s Square. Bath is a compact city and being in the very centre everywhere is just a short stroll. The Roman Baths, Pump Rooms, Abbey, Thermae Spa, excellent restaurants & eclectic shops are all a short stroll. Even the train station and Royal Crescent are less than a 10-minute walk.

Tylney House has 4 good-sized bedrooms that comfortably sleep up to 12 guests.

We have a large family bathroom and a shower room on the top floor.

For your convenience, there is a bathroom/toilet on each floor.

All the beds have pocket-sprung mattresses and are made with crisp super-soft Egyptian cotton bed linen for a great night's sleep. To maximise the flexibility of sleeping arrangements, single beds can be joined to form super-king beds.

SPACIOUS ACCOMMODATION: 4 Bedrooms, 2.5 Bathrooms:

1st Bedroom: Four single beds (or two super-king beds) plus futon - sleeps 5

2nd Bedroom: Double bed - sleeps 2
