Just 3 km down the provincial road, you’ll reach the beautiful beaches of Varigotti and Finale Ligure, as well as its charming and picturesque historic center (Finalborgo is particularly worth a visit). You can take beautiful walks to reach Varigotti on foot via alternative routes that are faster than the provincial road, or go for bike rides along the famous Strada delle Manie (24H di Finale Ligure)
Guests will have the entire villa at their disposal. It is arranged over two floors connected internally by a staircase, but both floors have independent exterior entrances, allowing for greater privacy between the floors as well as direct access to the entire outdoor area, which is laid out on multiple levels. On the upper floor is the master bedroom with a private terrace and a breathtaking ocean view, its own bathroom, and a relaxation area with a sofa, as well as direct access to a beautiful terrace with a shaded canopy. On the lower level is the second bedroom, featuring a beautiful view and direct access to the garden, along with a bathroom equipped with a spacious walk-in shower. The first floor also features a living room with a large sofa next to a stone fireplace, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Surrounding the villa are several terraces and a spacious, multi-level garden. You’ll be able to find your favorite spot to relax under the porch or sway in the rocking chair in the shade of an olive tree with your favorite sea view, or choose to sunbathe on the comfortable lounge chairs, or even share a convivial moment with your friends and family in one of the many outdoor seating areas available. A warm evening shower outdoors facing the sea is an unforgettable experience. The evocative sea view, with its myriad shades that change daily, will be a constant source of wonder that will remain etched in your memory for a long time.
The interiors are furnished in a simple yet refined style, with some pieces crafted by the owner himself. The predominant colors are white and soft shades of aqua green, which amplify the light coming from outside. Every window is a canvas dominated by the blue of the sea in all its infinite shades.
Should you need to stay connected to the outside world, you can make use of the “office” corner, complete with a printer and a reliable Wi-Fi connection.
The garden wouldn’t be complete without a barbecue made of natural stone by master craftsman Emanuel, perfect for delicious grilled meals to be enjoyed outdoors beneath the olive trees, illuminated by the sunset. There is a large open parking area for cars, but there is no locked storage room for bicycles except on the lower level, accessible via a staircase. The property is very secure and enclosed by a gate. Please note that bicycles are not allowed inside the house.
