The bedroom keys were on the main keychain. If only you had raised the issue, it would have been resolved immediately. It was indeed very unfortunate that you happened to be at the house during one of the worst storms the region has ever seen, resulting in a flash flood. We hope it didn’t dampen your spirits too much. Rest assured that all renovations are already planned. Ευχαριστούμε για την κριτική σας, και χαιρόμαστε πολύ που περάσατε όμορφα στη βίλα μας! Πολλούς χαιρετισμούς, Αλέξης & Χρυσούλα * Σχετικά με το νερό, κανονικά φέρνουμε δικό μας - εξαιρετικής ποιότητας. Δυστυχώς όμως κατά την διαμονή σας υπήρξε καθυστέρηση στην διανομή νερού, λόγω των εκτάκτων κανονισμών πυρασφάλειας στην γενικότερη περιοχή. Λόγω των ίδιων έκτακτων περιορισμών, είχαν απαγορευτεί προσωρινά τα BBQ σε όλη την περιοχή, κι γι'αυτό είχαμε μαζέψει τον εξοπλισμό. .
